I love it when I make you blush! Not long now, my beautiful treasure. Not long to go now. :)
By the way, thank you for your kind words! I love making you go, 'Wow'. Hahahaha!

Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow.
Who is this beautiful creature before me? That's right, my Arlene!
...:)
I may possibly explode in to a cloud of confetti and unicorn glitter. Blushing is an understatement.

... Is it September yet?

I had my date and it went really well. :) He was a perfect gentleman and he even said Grace over the food. We did hug goodbye. He is already talking about taking me to see a movie at the end of the month. Praise God it went well!
I sure hope there is more to this next date than a movie.

Interaction and conversation are important early on. Movies are more of a hindrance to interaction and conversation than anything.

(I guess the cross-examination continues... )

I have never brought a gift of any kind to my first dates. It usually is the other way around. But if you feel the need to give him one then perhaps a batch of homemade cookies? He can share with his children :)

He is going to meet my family and then take me to a movie. We talk on the phone usually more then once a day. So there is a lot of conversation going on.

don't ask...been so long since I've had a first date, I wouldn't know where to start.
But I'd sure try anyway. Don't think it would be as hard to do as maybe 20 years ago.
At my age, my give a darn of embarrassment takes a back seat now.
