DING DING DING DING DING!!!

seoulsearch you hit on the one sandwich I will eat at my place of painful empl... er, gainful employment! Although I never have seen a rectangular fish... I think the part they cut away from those rectangles is what goes into minced fish sticks. :p

If you want something really bad for you, get a fish sandwich plus a piece of crispy chicken. Large sandwich, very tasty (for a fast food factory) and not all that expensive. And very bad for you.

Those little greasy fish squares made of whatever are so good. I can't eat those anymore because of the grease, but they're so good.

Well, after reading this thread I'm beginning to feel like I'm in the minority because I attended prom 4 times. ?????? (junior and senior year at 2 different schools)

For senior year I wore a red satin swing dress with a poofy skirt. It had a really fun 50's vibe to it and stood out in the crowd. For every prom I just went with my best friends. there were about 10 of us girls and guys and we just set out to have a good time. We were all really into dancing... GOOD dancing, not whatever awkward gyrations were happening on the dance floor around us. We all knew ballroom, swing, some of the boys were really good at breakdancing, and we were all in school musicals together so we had a multitude of pre-choreographed dance routines up our sleeves. We had a habit of taking over the dance floor ??????

After all all the dancing we'd go get dessert at McDonalds or something while still all dressed up. I have fond memories of prom that don't include any weird teenage drama. I'm glad I had the opportunity. :)

* Did you go to your prom?
Yes, I attended once. We call them formals here. Formals only ever happen once a year and only ever in Year 12.

* Who was your date? Who did you want to ask (or want to ask you), but did not?
I didn't have a date. I wasn't/I'm not popular with the womenz.

* What did your dress/tux/outfit look like?
The usual black suit with white shirt. But I also wore a metallic(?) coloured vest that mum made for the occasion.

* And, if you opted out, what did you choose to do instead?

Yes, we had our formals, or balls as they're more commonly known here, once a year every year in highschool, excluding graduation times

* Who was your date? Who did you want to ask (or want to ask you), but did not?

There was no need, I asked those I wanted in my earlier years and in our group of friends/social circle later years, I was invited by those I knew in our interschool area, was great.

* What did your dress/tux/outfit look like?

I love yellow and pink, so I coordinated those colours throughout the years.

Even though my ball days are over now, we have so many dress up days at school, so my future definitely lived up to it.
