help!

hey, thanks for the advice everyone. I'll keep it all in mind. I already carry mace and took a few self-defense classes, so i'm good in that aspect. I don't really live in a dangerous town, so i'm not too worried about that. Yeah, there is danger but I'm pretty prepared for it. I carry rosaries and stuff too. Sometimes though, when I am blunt and come right out and tell them I'm not interested, they still keep pursuing and it's pretty annoying. They never get violent, but it is still annoying.

So it seems like i'm having an abundance of guys hitting on me lately, especially ones that aren't my type. how do i tell them i'm not interested without being overly rude? Some of them are a little rude themselves, but i don't want to be rude in return. yet i'm not always interested in them. what do i do?

Politely say “no.”
If that doesn’t work, do whatever you have to.

I can't go around spraying mace at every guy who hits on me though! It may be funny, but not the nicest thing to do. Imagine, I'd be walking down the street and every guy who sees me would cower in terror!! LOL!

You MUST not give in to temptation, not even if they look like Antonio Banderas or whatever. Stay clear of the bait the devil presents to you, and remember that God is on your side, so don't be afraid to just say no.

This is my best approach for anyone hitting on me. Most men find it so hard to come up to a girl and they fear rejection so don't crush their spirits (they are delicate like flower!)

Heh. I'm not trying to sound super-judgmental either, but... in my experience... the guys who tell you they're "too Godly" or "too spiritual" or whatever...

Are the ones going home and downloading porn in their spare time, and that's part of why they want a girlfriend yesterday.

Not true of every guy, of course.

But just an observation that usually holds true.

A good friend of mine and I were just talking about something she'd read in which there was pastor's conference that took up the entire hotel... all pastors attending this conference.

And half of the rooms had ordered porn during their stay.

And their wives were back at home reading romance novels and watching soap operas.

Are you saying that women that are more attractive would have less men hitting on them? I'm afraid to say that I don't "catch your drift." I also don't think that your post was beneficial to the Original Poster in anyway.

I'm not vain and don't think I'm that beautiful, but i still seem to have the problem anyway. Do you honestly think it would help if i tried to be ugly? And, how do you sugest I go about doing so? I'm open to pretty much any advice, no matter what. However, I doubt dressing like a bum or a retard would work.

Just stop washing if you get really desperate.

maybe you should accept a few offers, and then repent because god will forgive you anyway. If a prisoner on deathrow can repent after killing numerous innocent people, I think you're the least of his problems. Go on have some fun before you turn into a zombie!

I'm not exactly sure which passage it is, but in the Bible Jesus get tempted by the devil and he claims we should not tempt our Lord. Who can guarantee that he truly forgives sins, especially the ones we do knowingly (this is a mortal sin bytheway)! Just because the prisoners repent, it doesn't mean God automatically forgives them anyway. Who knows if Purgatory is all about making up for past sins, even the ones you were forgiven for?

It just pops up on my computer under Sample Pictures. First, I went to the start menu, clicked on my pictures, and then the sample pictures. I've used many computers and this is primarily where it is located. I like the serenity about it, and I'm guessing that's why most people use it.
