His people are called out of all ages and nations (besides your not old either :p just sayin)
The great falling away is at it so there is and will be only a handful. Praise the Lord he exposes evil to his people. God bless!
You may be right. Though I must say my generation, they are just like their wicked fathers. I wish it were not so, I had wished much greater for my Millennial compatriots, but it is before me all the time and I can in no ways deny it. Even I am not totally different of them, though because of this I will strive harder with my generation and my carnal fathers' generation to try to win the future for yours.

Ah Willie, always liked you Willie, indeed you treated me okay when you knew me, though not so great when I came as posing a stranger. Nevertheless you seem a Christian and I will let you know indeed.

Yes I've always felt the same amongst my peers too, but then I found out, they all feel the exact same way no matter what their beliefs.

Which is, of course, the actual reason I wrote this thread, not because I question whether or not God accepts me... which then nullifies what anyone else thinks anyway.

The more openly you stand up for Christ the more you get rejected..which in my case I declare Christ every time I can sneak him in lol

Most don't seem to realize that a good number of the threads I write aren't because I'm actually struggling with something, but rather, they are personal observations that then come out in the form of discussions of how others think (and have been through) the same things.

They are also my own form of a protest against certain ideas or actions I feel are unjust... but that's just my opinion.

I empathize, I have done this as well, but I have become much more bold in the past year. I'd say the rejection is strong indeed, but only initially. People are scared that's why. God finds a way for delivering me out of their hands. I have been delivered from one follower of Satanism and one of Black Judaism (for clarity a sorta admixture of the beleifs of the Pharisees paradoxically meeting Black Nationalism) whom reacted very strongly initially, but then eased enough to at least allow me to either escape or continue my expounding.

I have to say to the shame, it is the so-called Christians whom are the only ones that have actually rejected or thrust me out or done me a physical hurt.

Yea I know Kim, that's why I like your threads so much. That's why if you were younger I'd marry you for sure, we would never run out of conversation. Alas though my mother whom is only 9 years your senior would disown me heheheheheh.

It's definitely never a good idea to tango with the mamas.

(I've learned that in my old age.) :p

True Blain, very true.

And also of course so much love for you Blain, you have never been far from my thoughts at all. I don't even need say my constant refrain. You are one the most accepting and loving people I have ever met online or off Blain. I am so happy to praise God for answering the prayers I have said for you Blain and Stephie too.

Don't worry, Chessie, you're not missing out on anything, trust me.

After about 2 weeks, everything I said would start to sound like, "Blah, blah, blah!" :D

You know... Just like any good wife.

Aw, thanks very much Blain. But I assure you, I'm not 24 anymore and believe me, sometimes my system isn't shy about reminding me! :D

I do get a lot of people asking me "what I did" to supposedly stay young-looking (another Asian woman even asked me what I eat... LOL. Lots of chocolate! :D), and all I can say is that I guess it's probably partially genetic... along with being boring and nerdy.

I was always indoors studying or working, so I had relatively little sun exposure; have always done lots of walking; very rarely drank, if ever--the last time I had a drink with friends was in June 2015--before that, I can't even remember... it was years ago; never did drugs; and have a boring but fairly healthy diet--supplemented by large bags of candy. :D

For all my fellow "boring" nerdies out there... Take heart. It isn't all that bad, and sometimes pays off in the end. :)

I disagree strongly Kim. You are an excellent conversationalist. The topics you bring up have an uncanny knack for being on my mind at the particular time you pose them.

Aw, shucks. Thank you, Ches.

You've done something most people can't do--you actually rendered me speechless! :p

I would imagine, my parents--and teachers, pastors, mentors, and half the audience on CC--would be happy to learn your secret. (And probably pay you a handsome fee to make sure I stayed quiet and somewhat docile. :D)

Heheheheh, growing up I had a close friend and he had a girlfriend and we were walking around town one day and she said to me

"You are always so shy and quiet."

My friend turned to her and said,

"If you get him started he won't shut up."

I feel exactly the same Demi.. Yep it is as if i am alone in the world with God.. I know there are other real Christians out there and i sometimes meet them.. When i do meet them i am stunned/ shocked and i lose my ability to talk.. It is such a rare thing and unexpected..

Same goes for people who are not Christians but seekers who are open to the Message of Jesus when i have walked a person through the things they need to know and believe to be saved and they keep walking with me all the way the closer they get to actually becoming a Christians the more shocked and amazed i am.. The vast majority of people hate and mock the grace of God these days..
