I have to change my list because I saw no water or electricity.
Sounds like a harsh Erie or Buffalo winter.

Blankets
Food/water

Fenner, food and watered are catered for (presumably by the judgmental wildlife).

:D I said there were already books available (and a Bible too) so that people had to think of less common stuff...and so we wouldn't get the usual "Of course I would have to have my Bible with me" answers. I think it's working so far :D
Haha! Yes! You want to avoid the "oh, I better list my Bible, otherwise people won't think I'm serious about my faith" nonsense. :)
Exactly! It's just another way to Jesus Juke.
Actually, I noticed how Cris kind of "Jesus juke-proofed" her thread in the OP....I was tempted to say "my hymnal" just so I could JJ a little bit, but decided to put down the answer I did. ;)

Imagine you are in a small cabin out in the middle of nowhere by yourself. You don't have electricity or running water, but you DO have food and water and firewood and matches, and an entire shelf full of books (a Bible included), and candles.

Another hypothetical answer:

- My husband. Just me and him, away from society, reading books and talking around the fireplace, building snowmen and making snow angels. If we get tired of each other after a bit, we can just hop on the dragon and take a ride for a while. :D

The dragon changes everything. We'll pretend that he can only go so far in a certain territory, hence we are still sort of stranded. Eh?

mizcris: What three items would you want to have with you?

Chainsaw to cut down trees for more firewood when it runs out.
Rifle and ammo to acquire more food
snow shoes and other winter clothing
What part of 'three' don't you understand, jimdig :D

Don't mess with my wilderness partner. I need him and his wood chopping skills for survival.

Your partner can't count, gracey :D Or, he can and he's cheating. Either way, he sounds better than he really is, I would sound great, too, if I could have all those things. Now, let jimdig have THREE things just and THEN see IF you still want him your survival partner :D

But, jimdig shouldn't feel so bad; nods is taking THREE pillows + other things :D

And, worse yet, for male species, anyway, rache is calling her husband one of her three things taken . :D
