Please don't take me on that. Please?
I will behave. :(
Wow, that was even more effective than I hoped...

*Note to self: Velociraptor hates coasters. Takes notes and stores them away in secret files.*

But Roh, what if I took you to an AWESOME buffet after you recovered? :)

The last time my friends took me (read, captured, bound and dragged me) to a theme park was 4 years ago. I took 2 days to recover from the tiny little roller coaster, a tiny spinning disc and some crude swinging thing. Common sense tells me that it will take me a month to recover, if I accompany you on one of those rides!! :p

So, yeah, forget the buffet, I'll stay at home or go hiking, thank you very much!

Yes, you heard me right. NO!

I can give you some shells, if that will make you happy. :p

So I'm assuming that "No" means, "Maybe, try again tomorrow or make me a better offer..." :p

Reece, remember, YOU'RE AWESOME. (We'll meet Roh at the buffet at the end of the day. He'll probably turn green just from HEARING about all our adventures.) :D
You and Reece can go to the theme park and, after the fun is over, come to the buffet...

... or to what is left of it.

Hi Drule!

I'm glad you're hanging around with us--hopefully we'll be a source of comfort and encouragement to you!!

The yellow and red coaster is the Top Thrill Dragster. It goes from 0 to 120 mph in less than 4 seconds, and truly feels like being shot out of a canon. At one time, it was the tallest coaster in the world. The blue one behind it is the Millennium Force, which at one time was the tallest and fastest coaster in the world. I've been on it several times, and once, we got to the top, and there were literally birds flying around above us.

Another time, the M. Force had a glitch and they had to escort people off the ride from the very top of the coaster--via helicopter.

I LOVE coasters and both are located at Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH, which consistently has several rides on the "Top Ten Coasters of the World" list every year! Be sure to check it out if you have a chance!!! (Roh, if you make it out this way, I'm dragging you with me. :p)
Awesome!! I'm going on a roller coaster trip with some friends some years down the road and this is one of our stops. I can't wait to ride these. They look amazing!

This is a tongue eating parasite that when it eats up the fish's tongue, it replaces it!
Pretty scary but cool too!
That's my most hated creature in all of creation. I had forgotten all about it. Thanks for reminding me! :D

xD Maybe this won't surprise you either, then....
I see

That is... disturbing. o_O
Naturalist William Beebe put it nicely in 1938, writing, “But to be driven by impelling odor headlong upon a mate so gigantic, in such immense and forbidding darkness, and willfully eat a hole in her soft side, to feel the gradually increasing transfusion of her blood through one’s veins, to lose everything that marked one as other than a worm, to become a brainless, senseless thing that was a fish—this is sheer fiction, beyond all belief unless we have seen the proof of it.”

That sounds a lot like a hallmark movie.

Okay maybe a Lifetime movie

Yes. I was fascinated by them when I was a kid and read about them extensively. I was fascinated by all sorts of weird animals.

Oh I can relate to that! Guess what my favourite activity on Sunday afternoon is?

Watching NatGeo documentaries of lions hunting prey while I sink my teeth into a crunchy, footlong, Tuna sub. :D

Do you think I have borderline cannibalistic tendencies?

Are you calling her a giant Asian hornet? :p
