Sweet potato hash
(I'm not really a recipe person, so most of these measurements are very rough estimates)

ingredients:
1 tsp vegetable oil or cooking spray
one sweet potato, diced (I dice mine quite finely to speed up cooking time)
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced bell pepper (color of your choice)
1 egg (optional)
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp papeika
1/8 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp garlic power
salt and pepper to taste

Heat skillet with oil/cooking spray over medium heat
fry sweet potato until lightly crunchy on the outside (I like to lightly steam mine in the microwave first to ensure a fluffy inside, but that's just personal preference), remove potatoes and set aside
add onions and bell pepper to the pan, cook while stirring occasionally until tender
add potatoes back into the pan
add cayenne pepper, paprika, brown sugar, garlic, salt and paper

(optional egg) here are two ways I like to include an egg:
- push the sweet potato hash up around the outer rim of the skillet, creating a well in the center. Scramble the egg in a separate bowl and pour into the center of the skillet. Wait for it the egg to begin to firm up slightly before "hashing" the entire mixture (sweet potatoes and all). The result is a gently but fully cooked egg mixture thoroughly dispersed throughout the hash.
- cook the egg according to your liking in a separate skillet, serve on top of sweet potato hash.

Note to self: Next time you make brownies in a cupcake pan, take them out while they are still warm.

And before anyone asks, I'm only sharing with Lil, oh and my mom, cause she's my mom.

Yeah, that's called instagram
You should read my sentence again. Correct me if I am wrong, ChristianChat is not Instagram or is it? I meant that we could share pictures of what we last ate on CC. Even if you post it on Instagram, you still have to share the picture here for everyone else to see as CC is not linked to Instagram.

Your remark is condescending and prejudiced. And that has stunted your ability to comprehend my question.

Roh, I could be wrong, but I don't think she meant to be rude, just sarcastic or else she was just misreading what you said. And yes, you can post pics in this thread if you want. The OP has said to share food related things, including pics. So share away if you want, or wait for mouth drooling pics. (Although, don't wait for mine, because I rarely take pics. But I'll make sure to post on here when I do.)
