lol, this thread reminds me of a convo I had with one of my friends the other day. We've known each other since I was about 8, she's a good Christian woman and she's been single for about 6 months. She was lookin for a boyfriend and started talking to this guy from Church. When she told me about it, I was like well thats good....glad your getting over your ex.....etc. She called me a couple days later and said she quit talking to him because he was a player.
I'm like really? what did he do? She said that she was talking to another girl from church and found out him and her were talking as well. He was also expressing interest in the other woman and trying to get to know her. She didn't say he did anything specifically inappropriate or anything just that he was talking to her and the other girl and if he was a Christian he shouldn't be doing that. He wasn't dating either of them, and neither of them had even been out for coffee as far as I can tell.......I was thinking to myself, sheesh....When did trying to pick a girlfriend from among a group start meaning you were a player. Are you automatically supposed to be stuck with the first person you have a conversation with on the phone or something? lol.
Am I missing something there guys? I still don't get it

A lot of people think I'm a player because I have 20-30 female friends and 1-3 male friends, is it some social rule that a guy can't get along with girls without been given some label. Or are some people jealous. I just can't seem to get along with guys, I never try anything else but being friends with them, I think I've only dated one?
It just confuses me that people seem to think that because a guy hangs out with a lot of girls he is a player.
