Well, maybe you can start turn your wishes into actions :) Good luck with that!
Yea well I run 3 to 4 miles a day, lift weights, bench with 185lbs, do curls with 40lb dumbells, etc.. and I still am not able to lose a lot of weight. The human body is much more complex than you might imagine. Men my age have to deal with naturally lower testosterone levels, rising estrogen conversion, slowing metabolism, decreased digestive efficiency, etc... Your statement just shows that you really don't know much about nutrition, fitness, the human body or weight loss.

Yeah, this was the point, wasn't it? That you can be overweight but fit? A healthy heart and lungs are more what I would consider 'fit' than a flat stomach. :/

I don't wanna sound rude, but what i meant is -that some ppl are fat, but they will do nothing about it.
What i'm saying is -as long as you don't have any good reasons not to work-out ->to help yourself-you can do it. I'm not talking about ppl who can't do that due to some health problems or somethng like that.

And i have a respect for ppl who -at least- are trying to change somethng about it.

Anyway, i want to sleep. :D

No, the point was whether or not women can be attracted to a guy who is overweight.

I see I misunderstood you before. I apologize, and I agree with you that people who don't even try to get fit when they have the means to and are able are only doing themselves a disservice and cannot blame anyone else for their being overweight.

When I care about someone I care about their health too, so I would be concerned about someone being overly heavy, overly obsessed with their bodies or overly thin. Like kayem, I'm not a fan of guys who are terribly thin and don't find that attractive. I'm not a fan of guys with ripped abs because they seem to be totally obsessed and, silly me, I like to be the pretty one in a couple :D. If a guy is carrying a little extra weight, but tries to be healthy and is up for/has the energy to do the activities I like to do, I don't have a problem with it. Balance, overall health, staying active and being energetic is more important to me than the superficial aspect....except the part about me wanting to be prettier than him :D

That pretty much is the same thing I'm looking for in a girl's body type. Though it would be pretty awkward if I was the pretty one in the relationship.

Somehow I don't see this ever being a problem.
