Some people use hobbies, like video games or golfing, to pile the sand around their heads. Some use Facebook.

So Right... I have resorted to Netflix at the end of the day to unwind instead of reading a good book...

Instead of hiding my head in the sand I pull the covers over my head in an attempt to isolate myself from the world.
