If I could choose, I would say because of Ben & Jerry's. But I'm eating pints of ice cream whether I'm single or not, so...

I'm single because I have a lock on crazy, and I just don't care to compete with someone to see who is nuttier.

I am NOT emotionally complex. I'm just crazy. Probably crazy enough to need to be caught with a net and taken away to a place where I am never seen again, but they ain't caught me yet ;-)

Because I have no idea how to talk to women. I just try and have normal conversations, but apparently that's far too boring for most women.

Apparently because I did not follow the instructions of a chain letter I received in middle school. I've been going through my things, and found a letter that read "If you will copy this letter and give to five different girls in five days, at the end of the week, a boy will either say he loves you or wants to go out with you. Here are the rules: (1) do not tell any boys about this letter (2) do not give this letter to the same girl more than once (3) if you do not follow the directions, a boy will not tell you he loves you or wants to go out."

On the outside of it, I had written "Who cares?"

Oh, how short sighted I was in the seventh or eighth grade! Condemned to singleness due to breaking the chain.

Ben & Jerry's would probably be fine, but there are several chocolate-making companies (national and local) that would suffer terrible financial losses if I wasn't single!

Seriously, I think that I'm still single because I'm fiercely independent. I have a younger sibling with special needs and so growing up, my way of helping my family was to take care of myself as much as possible. Add in jobs that have put me in leadership roles, and I tend to be pretty self-sufficient. Unfortunately, some of the guys that I have dated have had a problem with this. I've been trying to work on being more accepting of help, but it's a fine line for me because I'm proud of being a strong, independent woman.

why am I single??? hmmm good question.
I don't have an answer but very good question indeed,someday I may have an answer,but most likely I'll get that answer when I'm married so I won't be able to answer it because I won't be single,so I guess either way you will just never know the answer!

no no no..I just saw YIU comments.Ask god to help you slowly overcome your shyness and your personality with just begin to blossom into a beautiful flower.Shyness can Aldo be attractive in some ways too..but you know who you really are on the inside and REFUSE to accept what others say about you life.The bible says that the power of life and death are in the words we speak.

God loves you and I recon that behind that shyness lies a wonderful personality and a person who can have fun and has a sense of humour!!Allow god to UNLOCK you and let You beauty shine.You have tremendous worth and value in life.
