So today I did something really fun that kind of reminded me of my childhood
So, when I was a kid I always used to like to dance at my mom's house, I was SUPER skinny and I would sweat ALOT.
So what I did was put some music on my laptop, pressed play and recorded myself grooving to the songs that were playing.
I know it sounds weird, but over the last few months I have been losing a lot of weight, and when I saw myself moving while I was dancing I was able to tell in what areas I still needed to work on. It was kind of fun, I always loved doing that as a kid and always thought about making music videos and corresponding certain dance movements to certain parts in the song and so on. So It kind of brought me back to my youth and reminded me of why treating my body right is so important, and that we should just dance sometimes. lol.
But don't follow the mantra 'dance like nobody's watching', the government is ALWAYS watching. haha jk.
