lil_christian: You ever heard of patching? As in, you record the piece but the intro sounds "rough" so you go back and play the intro again. Then in your audio editor you "patch" in the second intro you played.
Cheating? Assuredly. But it works.
Roh_Chris: Did you tell the preacher you already got enough of that in the Bible Discussions forum?
I go to work because there is never anything going on at my house, my dad is out with his girlfriend/spouse/wife's family and he just says "you can come with us after work." and then because I don't agree with his lifestyle, I just go to work, come home, and it's like an ordinary day.
I'm assuming that you don't know what to call your fathers significant other because they are living together but not married? Just because you don't agree with his lifestyle does not mean that you cannot (or should not) enjoy the holiday with him. Based on the context of your post it is obvious that there is a schism between yourself and your father that is long and deep, I truly pray that events will take place to heal this.
Christmas morning, 8 AM, and a whole day of loafing around in the making.
Look out world!!
Seoulsearch has the pot of decaf coffee brewing... and it's ON.
(Lynx wrote in another post, "Hooray for getting out of bed, because lying in bed can be so boring." So what does that say about me if I'm going from getting out of bed... to lounging on the couch... )

I wish I did know how to do that. As I said, I just record it all at once on my tablet using my video recorder. It gives thebest audio. I will have to mess around with that.

I'm not trying to be a downer or anything.
But Christmas kind of gets me down sometimes, I just watched a video on the history of why it was illegal....and every year it's the same thing.

I mean. I sound like a downer, but it's always been this kind of stuff ever since I was a kid. We wouldn't even have birthday parties, well up to the age of four I think I had them, but...I just don't understand how parents can just be so...distant....even when you are under the same roof as them.
I literally feel like I have no more ties with my family, but i'm still here for some reason.....
Actually I have no idea.
I just don't like watching history repeat itself over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and....
I'm so sorry, Christmas can be tough. Emotions seem to come full circle this time of year. I used to work Christmases because I missed my Dad so much after he died. I don't know you're dad or the kind of person he is but maybe give it a chance, even if you just go give them a hug and say Merry Christmas Dad.
Today has been good. Got some new Doctor Who stuff. ^.^
Buuut I was also a huge grump when I woke up. I was woke up by people talking about stuff and yapping and clanging/banging dishes. Tried to warn y'all... Anyways. Everyone got over it and we ate breakfast and then we opened presents. We're gonna go watch the third Hobbit movie soon. I'll tell y'all how it was. Why do I keep saying y'all? I dunno. I just like saying it.
It's 10am and I'm just getting off of "work". I heard that Tuesday night was super rough for my brother, so last night I slept on the floor of his bedroom so I could play the role of bedside nurse. I'm so glad that I did, because if I were him and in that condition, I wouldn't want to be alone either. The poor guy needed help of some sort almost every 40 minutes, which means he must not have gotten much rest, and neither did I.
We were so busy taking care of my brother that we kinda skipped the usual big Christmas Eve dinner. We postponed it for lunch today..but I'm supposed to be the one cooking which means no time for me to nap! Merry Christmas everyone... *yawns*
