For whatever it's worth to you, Fenner, 5' 4" is the average height for [North] American women. I think 5' 4" is a good height!

So yesterday, even though I got some sleep, I had a really weirdly sad dream. Yesterday I bought some free range eggs and organic spinach (yay for no pesticides! Yay for daily iron intake!) And I think I'll make an omelette with spinach and maybe even goat cheese to see how that tastes with it. It'll either go really well or it will be the most disgusting thing my tastebuds have ever tasted! We'll see.
yeah............I'm going with that one.............spinach.............ugh.........

:)
Now don't be hating on my spinach! You just look at what it did for Popeye! Need I say more? Lol
That's right! Don't listen to the spinach-haters!

Spinach is good with a pinch of nutmeg - you may want to try that. Also, aged mizithra (made from sheep milk) is really good on such omelets - and grates easier than goat cheese, but go light on the salt.

Your breakfast sounds wonderful! :)

Well thank you, it just seems people are so tall these days, especially young people. It's gotta be the food, I'm not kidding either.

yeeeeeeeeeeeah. at the movies, the tallest person ever always sits in front of me. and at concerts, the tallest person ever always blocks my view.

slight exaggeration, but still :p

Me too, when I go to a movie I try and sit at the top in the very last row so I'm not blocked. I always feel like that person who got stuck behind the guy with the big cowboy hat, it drives me nuts. Oh and for group pictures I'm always in the front.

I have already crumbled goat cheese but I have had sheep cheese before! Wow it's strong but it's not bad!

Spinach and nutmeg....just straight up (cooked) spinach and nutmeg? Hmmm, interesting!

Thanks! It's my lunch this time around but one of these days when I'm not being a lazy morning person, it WILL be my breakfast. Lol. Sometimes, though, the best meals are the ones intended for breakfast! :D

My omelette couldn't even today so it was more like scrambled eggs with spinach and goat cheese on top, but ooooh it tastes good. Why did I ever stop doing this?

Same here! I'm around 5'7" possibly a tad shorter. But it's weird when you end up being taller than some of the guys in your youth group....

I feel as though I tower so many people, including guys. The only ones I feel like I'm short around are probably 6ft+. Add the fact that I wear boots that have a bit of heels on them and reminds me as to why I don't normally wear heels in the first place.

agreed. i'm cutting about 16-18" off this weekend to donate. but unlike samson, i'll gain my super powers back

Whaaaat?! Can we have a before/after?

You're brave. As a curly-haired girl myself, I know how dangerous going short can be. Unless your hair is so long that it will still be long. :)

I'm 5'7.5", tallish girls unite! *high five*

I thought I was 5'7", that's always what I tell people, but I got "officially" measured a few weeks ago for a health thing for work and I was 5 foot 7.5 inches. And I felt like a 4 year old, being proud about that HALF, like when people ask how old they are and they have to include the "I'm four and a HALF". :p

If it makes you feel any better, I'm tall-ish and sometimes I wish I was shorter. I feel like being shorter is more feminine (I know it's not, I'm just sayin), though I think I would feel more confident if I could walk with more grace and not be tall and clunk around the way I do.
