I didn't sleep well last night, although it was a good day otherwise. I had some strange dreams, too, one of which involved someone here on CC that I don't know well. She (spoiler) showed up somewhere between the Ring Wraiths and driving out of the suburbs.

Procrastination is an understatement for me at this point...

Have a billion things I keep holding off on.

Had a moment just now....forgot how old I was, lol.
That was a very, very senior moment.
I think I've been telling people I'm a year younger than I really am for the past few months now...haha. that's legit.
I do that too, don't worry. I have think back at the year I was born and count from there.:)

So far today, I have accomplished the following:

-bleached the mold out of the inside of two ducks and a hippo
-drank paint
-washed all of the dishes
-melted a plastic cup to the top of the stove

My son gave me a sticker for all my hard work. It's stuck to my neck. Yay for productivity....?

The weather today is gorgeous, which is saying a lot considering L.A's air is so wrought with pollution that it fills ─ nay, dulls the senses any other day. And yet here I am, at a desk, returning from a lunch break. A lunch break! Should I be grateful to have an hour of unchained liberty; to eat and be merry? Because an hour to do as I wish ─ within reason, mind you ─ carved out of an eight hour work day does not feel like freedom. It feels like restraint.

Somebody meet me at the beach, pronto. Today is a beach day.

I'm just going to say it, I doubt Joan Rivers cares that she was left out of the In memory part of the Oscars.

Honestly I have wondered the same but also really if you think of it from this point of view you are still here ain't ya you made it through those hard times which god brings you closer to him in the tryin times. Things will get better if you keep faith in God that he will provide in yur time of need it may not be done how you planned or wanted it to happen but altimatly you need to remember god is in control of all things good and bad. I'm sure job thought the same as us but he had no book of job to read cause he was it. Really if I could call you on the phone you'd hear of a crazy life god pulled me out of and lookin back you can see it but goin forward is still in the making. You ain't the only one who feels smacked in the face by the devil, who wants nothin more than to not see God's plan provail. The wicked he leaves be there in his will of sinful living with no idea of Jesus salvation but for the Christian that actively brings sinners to christ the devil attacks them more. Remember god is in control of all good and bad and like said in romans 8 : 28 god does all things for the good of those who love him. I believe that is the verse but don't quote me. Anyways hold yur head up.

They have canceled my kid's school 3 days in a row now due to extreme cold. It's actually not that bad outside, but the city schools around here don't bus a lot of the kids, they have a few buses but mostly walkers. I guess some parents probably drive. My kids go to a charter school and if the city cancels they buses don't run, so the majority of the kids live in the city and use the buses. I drive my kids. I have been longing for them to fix this problem because we now have to make up these 3 days and I'm hoping it's not in June because we are going away on the last day of school.

They finally worked with the bus company to allow 2 hour delays, FINALLY! It's about time. Now when the city cancels we can still have school.

I didn't sleep at all. I told myself I would only watch one or two episodes of Vampire Diaries and then go to bed.. well I did go to bed about 10 episodes later. Now I am nursing a headache and achy sinuses but I feel like it may have been worth it.

(I'm still on season 5 so no spoilers please...) :p

Guys. I just don't even know.

I went down to the cafe today to grab something to drink. As I was checking out, he (y'all know who I'm talking about) asked if I was going to the Hillsong concert in a few weeks. I said I had no idea they were coming to town. So he told me details. So I said I'd check it out on their website and stuff. He was originally going to write down the info for me, but then another person came in so I wrote it down and awkwardly left. I just...like he just tells me about these things. Doesn't ask if I want to go, just...tells me. I don't know if he's trying to feel me out or if he genuinely wants me to have a fun life, ha.

Meh. I hate having a crush. It's one I tell myself I shouldn't have but my mind is like "LOL"

Mind games are a blast, especially when you're the only one playing, Rachel. :p (Not that he's not feeling you out or anything...I don't know where I was going with that.)

The Vampire Diaries ─ isn't that like One Tree Hill meets Twilight? Haha, I have no way of spoiling it for you. :p

You may not know where you were going with that, but it's funny because I knew exactly what you meant, ha. I do it all the time.
