So! A few months of eating better and regular exercise and avoiding most bread and sweets, and I've lost 11 pounds (well, the scale told me a couple times that it was 13 or 14 pounds, but the next time I weighed, that number was different sooo, 11 pounds is the consistent number thus far). (<---pretty sure that made no sense).
This is slow work and that's annoying. But! Slow and steady wins the race and all that junk. Wait no, the junk is what I'm getting rid of. And it's not a race. So never mind and disregard at least half of what I've said here.
