I don't really understand what makes certain people qualified to weigh in advice on certain topics. For instance, (since this happens A LOT on here) someone posts about their troubled marriage and possibly imminent divorce, and all these people who have little or no experience start throwing around verses, and dropping input and advice. Really? If you haven't been there then you don't have a clue what it's like, and no matter how wise you think you are it's not going to change that, duh. Or someone asking for relationship advice and all these singles start throwing in advice...ummmm, you're single...
I guess there could possibly be an exception to the rule somewhere, but there aren't many. Just my thoughts

It can sometimes come down to a root issue: jealousy, poor self-esteem, desperation, temptation, etc. just manifested different ways, and those are things that people can offer advice on due to the common root, albeit different experiences.
I do get what you're saying, though. Sometimes people butt in without knowing the full story, or think they know how to just fix everything with a snap of their fingers, or, like you said, just totally lack that experience/root.
