I don't know if I had exactly that, but I know the golf ball stretch can help, which is something I have used before. You could also use like a cold water bottle or foam roller if you have those things. You want to stretch it though. Stretch your calves too, if they're tight that can also lead to the issue.

I have a Voss water bottle that I use for stuff like that. I can also roll on it, on the floor, to help with my back.

I have nothing else good to input, so I'll just sit here and watch everyone else post.

I also have nothing to contribute to the topic currently at hand, but that's the beauty of this thread! :D :D :D

Walnuts should come in containers that only dispense a few at a time, every few hours. Not in a bag that sits on a desk where a person can eat the whole bag without even realizing it. (This said while munching on walnuts again... no, while munching on walnuts STILL.)

I would try stretching like put the foot behind you like u were stretching your calf muscle but keep the heel on the floor. You can also take pain killers and i think soaking in warm water would help
too

My stance on drinking alcohol still hasn't changed but I'll try not to be so judgmental about Christians who drink in moderation. I'm still growing and learning

I've been watching Game 7 of the World Series(counting pre-game) for five hours, and now it's going into extra innings and a rain delay. :(

Well, I just had a new and different experience today (in a bad way).

I reconnected lately (via FB messenger) with a classmate I graduated High School with. We made the normal small talk, asking about life, family, friends, what each other was up to these days, and reminiscing a bit about past times we interacted. (We were friends back then.)

Anyway, we had made plans to meet up for dinner, but I ended up canceling due to a busy schedule (and quite possibly God's provision). She started messaging me a bit more, and then finally tonight...Wow! (Again, in a bad way...)

She came on R.E.A.L Strong... I mean, inappropriate propositioning, breaking up with her current boyfriend, lists of 'qualities' that would make her a good girlfriend, and persistent advances despite my kind-yet-blunt refusal, explanations, declining, and rejections.

I was torn, I am a Yankees fan , but I live so close to Cleveland and I am happy they made it but my Nephew is such a huge Cubs fan, so I'm happy for him.
