Hmmm, got hardly nothing done today, oh well, always tomorrow (unless my purpose is through and I beez withz Himz :) ), God is good, at least, I got in some good talking to you all and bible discussion all on c.c. :D Guess that's justa where He's wanted meeze to beez :) The Lord leeedz :D

I'm trying to get some things done tomorrow though, I WILL SUCCEED !!!

Oh, wait, I gotta take 'I' outta the equation. "He WILL LEAD."

This now reminds me of Proverbs 16:3 "Commit your plans to the Lord and you will have success."

New International Version (©2011)
Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.New Living Translation (©2007)
Commit your actions to the LORD, and your plans will succeed.
English Standard Version (©2001)
Commit your work to the LORD, and your plans will be established.
New American Standard Bible (©1995)
Commit your works to the LORD And your plans will be established.
King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.)
Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.

Holman Christian Standard Bible (©2009)
Commit your activities to the LORD, and your plans will be achieved.
International Standard Version (©2012)
Entrust your work to the LORD, and your planning will succeed.
And, in context, the cup verzes beforez it izzz, er, arrrr....

1 The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD. 2All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the LORD weighs the spirits. 3Commit your works to the LORD, and your thoughts shall be established. …

He does know the plans He has for us, doesn't He :)

Why do all of my best friends move away?
I feel like a little girl again, saying goodbye to Leslie, Katie, Andrea, Morgan, Destiny...all wrapped up into one.
Like I'll never see her again.
She already lives 2 hours away, and it's hard enough to see each other. 8 hours? It might happen once every few years.

She has 3 boys, 8 and under. She's beautiful. She's more awkward and accident-prone than I am. She likes to drive fast, she can fix a tractor, she does Zumba and makes fun of herself for it, she burns everything she bakes, she can make the best mashed potatoes in the world, she can't grow a flower to save her life. She was there with me when we were 13 and I called her at 5 a.m. on a school day and asked her to come over because my parents were fighting again. We got in so much trouble the summer before she moved that we weren't allowed to even talk on the phone to each other. We've been sunburned together, we've baked cookies and drank coffee in the middle of the night, we've liked the same boys and fought over shoes.

We used to go to her house and drink chocolate milk and eat popcorn after school. We used to sneak out our bedroom windows and climb the sand rocks at midnight, and she always stood too close to the edge. She taught me to drive a 4-wheeler, but bailed off the back right before I crashed into a hay stack.

She was there, holding one hand while my husband held the other, the days both of my children were born, even though I never made it to the hospital for her, even when they thought she had cancer.

We haven't lived closer than an hour's drive apart in 12 years, we didn't speak for a couple of years, we didn't go to each other's weddings.

She is everything I always wish I could be; brave, good with numbers, ambitious, and so much more.

And I know it isn't like we won't call each other still. But if I think I miss her now, when I see her a few times a year, it's going to be worse.

And I'm sad.

I don't care what arwen thinks or if she has me carted away.......... Cris....you have every right to miss her & long for those moments..it's part of life. You say she is everything you wish you could be? Do you not realize yet that you are the daughter of the most high living God???? You are made perfect..you are amazing..you are exactly what you need to be. Most of all...you are loved. Not only by God..but by so many people her in CC. I pray that you not be sad...& that Jesus comforts you in such a way that all sadness is removed. You are such a blessing....don't let satan tell you any different.

I realize how lame this is, but I'm sad that The Office is over, such a wonderful finale and definitely made me cry.

I feel like I freaked out one of my friends tonight in chat by sharing sort of a poem/train of thought with them...
I hope they still speak to me.
I don't want things to be awkward.
I love her so much...as my sister...my friend....sometimes I wish I just didn't exist. I seem to ruin everything.

Itore, whomever you shared a poem with while in chat I have no doubt that she
enjoyed hearing your thoughts. Any woman lucky enough for you to open your
self up to her no doubt sees the sweetness of your heart.

I miss the warmth and peacefulness of laying in your arms.
I miss the way your eyes light up when I walk into the room.
I miss the smile that comes across your face when I act goofy.
I miss the feel of my hand being held in yours.
I miss the way I knew what you were thinking and you knew what
I was thinking when I became quiet.
I miss the sound of your voice as you said, "I love you."
I miss our voices raised in your prayer together.
I miss being able to take care of you, and you take care of me.
I miss being able to turn to you when I wake from a bad dream.
I miss loving you so completely that you filled my world.
I miss how we just fit.

(A poem of what I would miss if I was blessed with love.)

2 months and no contact... then suddenly a lovely letter letting me know that my Facebook has been hacked and my private messages are being read. Oh... and the nice long message reminding me why no one would ever want to be with me was a nice touch too. The fabricated story forwarded to others... priceless.
I met her in the midst of a facade she had created to get attention. She came clean and we forgave her and moved past it. I question her mental health at this point. It appears as though she is the biggest believer in her own lies.

Sometimes I feel like an old lady trapped in a 27-year-old's body. I occasionally catch myself looking at people a couple years older than myself as "kids today". lol

On other days I can feel like a "tweenager" stuck in an adult body.

My inner age ranges depending on my mood. I more often feel like the old lady one lately. :/

I think.... That today should've been better. Thank goodness I still have the rest of today to make it that way, right?

I am done trying to help skeptics on this website. Unless it is evident that the person is actually, sincerely wanting guidance or answers to their questions, I won't bother. Not in threads and not in chat.

Why? Because every time an agnostic or atheist makes a thread on this site asking a question, I try to answer. I give them a bit of my apologetic knowledge, using the logic I've learned to address their doubts and questions. And they almost never respond to me. Heck, many will post the thread, make one or two replies, then never return. And if there's one in chat, he/she often ends up being a troll pretty quick. I'm sick of giving people answers and being ignored. Therefore, I will no longer try to answer them. Besides, there are plenty of other smart people who know what I know. Perhaps they will see what the questioner asks and respond to them. It's clearly not my place.

Most people are not working for your benefit. They are looking out for themselves and will put you at a disadvantage if it means making life better for themselves.

Therefore let us not rely on people and institutions of this world. Rather, let us rely on God. He is faithful and just. Even if he doesn't do the things we want him to do, what God does is ultimately best. Better than what people can give us.
