It was interesting. I was actually glad for Nancy Kerrigan that she had a chance to explain her side of things. She said that when the medal ceremony was going on they told her the Ukrainian girl, can't spell her name, was fixing her make up and she said, well her make up is going to run again anyway, so just come out here. She didn't know they were looking for the Ukrainian National Anthem and she said she was saying that because people were leaving and she didn't want them to miss it. Also at parade they had a Disney world she had said it was corny, she said they wanted her to put her medal on and she didn't want to because that would be like showing off.
After it was over Bob Costas talked to her and she said that she has no ill will towards any one involved, that it's been 20 years and that her life is completely different. I felt worse for Nancy Kerrigan, although Tonya Harding had a rough life she seemed bitter that Nancy Kerrigan had more stability growing up. But Nancy Kerrigan didn't do anything to Tonya Harding, she actually thinks she was a great skater and felt sorry for her.
