Thought: Doxyxycline warns that you might get photo- sensitive. It does NOT warn that exposure to sun can make your hands and arms feel like they are on fire (!). Mean side- effect- warning - makers
Does that mean I'll cringe even more when I see photos of myself?

Ahhhh! Belts have been replaced... $480 later. Feeling a sense of satisfaction. No longer do I have a ticking time bomb in my car, whew! My car is happy with me :) Up next: wheel bearing and another $400.00....

Actually, photosensitivity means there is a greater risk for sunburn and sun sensitivity.

I know that :), but I don't have a sunburn. However, my hands were all tingly, and when I washed them in lukewarm water, it felt super hot (!). I googeled it and several people report the same thing, on the same medicine, and it only happened after exposure to the sun. (So I guess the label makers missed that one :p )

Awww, *gives cold water with lemon drops*

I'm very grateful that I have parents that I can talk to about serious Bible stuff. My whole family, really, is a blessing to me. :)

It is annoying to walk on a treadmill at a slower pace, only to have someone start running next to you.
It is even more annoying to hear the pitter-patter or thump-thump-thump of running shoes on said treadmills (even your own noisy feet are annoying). Most of all, the high pitch frequency that is heard coming from computers, tvs, tablets, phones, and various workout machines... it is annoying.

Was at my great uncle's 90th birthday Fri.-Mon. and was nice to see him and my great aunt, she's 89, God's really blessed them both, I was blessed with speaking in front of everyone at his birthday party dealio, and I didn't mention God at all, just spoke of a nice few things said about my great uncle, and, aunt, whom I love and adore and was good to hear from my aunt she has a 'direct line with God.' The Lord leads. He provided other times during the weekend to mention Him, which I did at all opportunities. Speaking to relative folks I've last seen 17 years ago needed things said and done that way on this trip to Cali. The Lord, indeed, leads.

What a beautiful aerial view of things like Mount Hood and Mount Rainier, I was hoping to see Mount Shasta where my roommate and I climbed a neighboring peak of 3,500 feet back in my college years way back when, but we never saw that mountain nor that peak.

Good, safe trip to San Bernadino Fri., then, the party for a day, then a day at the beach at my aunt's in Laguna Hills area (what a view they have of the ocean! ) and back, and, just good to be back home, to my dog, too, she such a good girl , but, yeah, wow, a lot to do work-wise NOW as vacation time sometimes makes things a little hectic for me after that a bit.
As always, too, I missed alla you, folksies, here too, fellow Christ peeps peoples :) You fellows are all A-OK in my book. And, you, too, fellowettes :D Oh, I'm kidding ya, you know you are 'miladies.' :) Right, fellows :)

Summer is pleasant in WA state, 80s and 70s, for 2 months straight, not much rain, if you were asking, maybe three or four days spread out, typically, in that time of rain, but that's about it. And, I should know, I've lived here all my life , I hope and pray I can get things done with work stuff so I am caught up with things enough that I can just do some relaxing with the Word and refreshments, we have nice beaches here too, just not big and fancy as the one we went to at Dana Point, CA. :)

I really want a dog. My dad won't let me. He only wants a "granddog". One where he gets to play with it when I come over and then I have to deal with all the other things that come with having a dog when I take it back home with me. As it were, I live with my parents so it wouldn't be a granddog. He loves dogs, though. He just doesn't want to take care of one or have one in the house. Two cats is enough for him. He doesn't really even like cats (but cats LOVE him, it's hilarious) but he lets us have them because my mom and I love them and he loves us. :)
