I'm kinda partial to an old 38 my dad gave me with specialized grips for smaller hands :D
We should start a new thread about our favorite firearms. :)

hmmm...these are mine:

1. People who cut me off in traffic (tempts my vocabulary sorely I have to admit), drunk drivers and people who pass in no passing zones. The last two things kill more people on the road than anything else.
2. Gossip
3. Bigotry
4. "Christians" who seem to know the scriptures, but not the loving Spirit thereof, because they seem more concerned about proving themselves right regarding a matter than than they do about edifying their sibs in Christ or downright good manners.
5. People who aren't handicapped and park in handicapped spaces
6. People who stand in the center of a shopping aisle gawking at things while crowds gather trying to get by them
7. General abruptness/rudeness... I think this bugs me most. People who don't care whether they needlessly hurt someone else with their words as long as they get what they want.

I suppose I am guilty of Number 4 and Number 7 sometimes.

I don't really get emotional in traffic about anything. If someone cuts me off, I think, "Nice Pass." If someone is drifting around in their lane I usually just speed past but, drunk driving is pretty scary to be around.

My heart does stop when people pass over a double yellow. I would rather see them take the shoulder than get their car flat paneled into the grill of a family of 5.

I'm normally a very nice person..until I get behind the wheel and my evil, competative twin takes over. :) If someone cuts me off, I usually feel the need to pass them at all costs.

My sister had a sticker on her car that said, "Yes...you've just been passed by a GIRL!" I've always wanted one of those. :)

Well on the motor vehicles side of things I'll say it really annoys me when people leave their cars running even though they know they won't be moving for a certain amount of time......

Like when someone is being picked up at an arranged time and the driver gets there a few 5-10 mins early and just sits in the car with the engine on, waste of money, waste of fuel, bad for the enviroment, it stinks, it's hot and it's moronic.........hate it, if you're worried you won't be able to get it running again maybe get to the garage, by the time you add up the cost of all the burnt feul you won't be losing any more money.

Yeah but in general drivers.....hate drivers, car drivers complain about bikers and truckers, truckers and car drivers complain about bikers......people turn into animals behind the wheel, many GRRR moments even for strange people like me that prefer their legs.

I would prefer to walk too. But in the states, most cities are such that you have to drive or have an extremely long commute by public transportation. Many people live in the burrbs and driving is about 20 to 30 mins to work, there is no way you could walk. Riding the bus is okay for some but it just depends on how many tranfers you have to take.

That isn't quite what I meant, I meant that for people who walk the bad behaviour of drivers still has a big effect, it isn't just drivers who annoyed by other people driving badly, so even though I don't drive, it still annoys me!!!

Thats why I liked living in San Diego so much. I rarely needed to drive, like once a month-ish.

I have this itching pet peeve. I don't like rude and/or disrespectful people. Seriously, if I talk to one or suddenly hear a conversation going on and I feel someone is being rude or disrespectful, I've been known to go off on said person and tell them the way they are behaving I find highly innappropriate. I know it's all about the love thing with us Christians, love thy neighbor as thyself, as well as love thy enemy, but come on now. If someone is going to be all rude they're going to get a taste of their own medicine.

Good list!

Married gossip ladies are like beyond a pet peeve for me. I think they instigate divorces and create massive drama.

Kids having no respect for their parents is big too.

Having taught a lot of people how to drive a stick, heel-toe, manage themselves in the snow or just learn to drive. My only real driving pet peeve is an absence of attention. I would rather be in the car with someone who is speeding recklessly than someone who is putting on makeup or texting.

Yeah, the instant stalker thing kind of bugs me too. but sometimes I just don't want to talk to them at that second so I drop my FB and say goodbye. I'm like get to know me while I go to sleep.

Well, I have two big ones that will probably always grate on me. :(

First being: I am NOT a project, please do NOT treat me like one. People that enter my life on the level of friendship...but then micromanage the heck out of it until I feel burdened because it seems like they are not pleased with me the way I am. :(
I would never claim to be perfect...but if you see a flaw in me, or if there is something that you do not like...please just speak to me as a human being...NOT be all passive aggresive about it and then get mad in the end because you failed to attain your goal.

Second: I guess most people here have labled it *rude behavior*. I don't care really what it is called....I just do not see a point in talking to people in a manner that you yourself would definitely NOT Like being spoken to.
If you do not want it done to you....then why on earth would you do it to anther person?? (its always bugged me, and I do not doubt it always will.) :(

That's a big one for me as well......passive aggressive behaviour is about the worst, makes life impossible.

Yep...these are often some of the worst offenders when it comes to matchmaker types as well...at least in my experience.

I have a few peeves...

People that insist on going around your back and talk to everyone you and they know to find out some information, rather than taking 2 minutes and going straight to the source and asking you. My extended family does this CONSTANTLY! Most of them I rarely get to speak to but they just have to get their gossip and chat about me behind my back while ignoring me in person :S

Also, people that speed up and block you when you're driving and put on your turn signal to change lanes! Seriously, is one person getting ahead of you in your lane going to affect your drive that much? I'm in Fairbanks Alaska-you can get from one side of town to the other in 15 minutes with traffic just about any given time of day!

This one is pretty silly, but it's when my OCD kicks in :p I can't stand it if any of my discs (CDs, computer discs, video game discs) are not in the right cases, and they aren't upright. I know it's silly, but it's just one of my quirks. My little sis used to go through my CD cases and turn all of them just because of how irritated I would get, haha. Thankfully she's grown past that, and I've gotten better at containing my aggravation :D

We should start a new thread about our favorite firearms. :)

.
I wouldn't dare. :) For some reason a lot of christians aren't offended by swords and spears, but react badly to guns. Maybe they prefer hand to hand combat... *shrugs*
