Yeah I was over the for 3 months and watched 9-11 unfold on tv while my fiance at the time was at Uni. That 3 months was brutally hot and rained maybe once. I felt robbed! I wanted rain and fog. LoL I came back the following year and we got married at Ravens Ait island. I like the Northen parts of the UK. She was from Surrey,which was nice but I really liked Cobham (sp?) Anyhoooo sorry to derail the thread. 😁

My Goodness how strange it that?Surrey?Cobham??I know of cobham because I live in Surrey myself..I live in Croydon which is in Surrey..so the world seems to be a very small place..🌏..😊.
Yes there sometimes hot summers over here..🔥...even October has been kinda mild over the past few years..rain and fog might of made u feel a bit miserable...north England is pretty cool too..Sounds live you had a nice marriage location..you must have nice scenery there too.

Yeah it was pretty cool. I was amazed that she wanted to move here. I warned her. LoL it took her 9 yrs to realize she wasn't happy. So we both spent a ton of money between the both of us over that 11 yrs but hey,you live and learn. It would be funny if you knew her or anyone in her family . She nor anyone she knows are Christians though. I noticed that there were so many unbelievers over there. Hey,at least they have you!!!! 😀

Yes I guess sometimes it takes a while you realised that somethings not quite what you want...unfortunate if expenses are involved ect....but hey you still loved her regardless 💕

thats new to me that somwhere would be 'a nice marriage location' although I remember going to Gretna Green on my travels. Its kinda like Britain's Las Vegas for elopements.
we dont really have anything like that in nz altho Rotorua is called 'Roto-Vegas' (it has thermal mud pools, and steam coming out of the ground).
it made me kind of wonder if romance isnt even really about the couple but just location, location, location.

Certain locations can be romantic for sure yet without any connection there between a couple is doesn't count for much.
So if there is a particular dynamic there between them then the location just enhances whats already there between them.
Having said that even sitting in a park bench with some special watching the sun go down is blissfully romantic..💕
Thermal mud pools ect might just do it for some...👍😂

I changed a couple of tyres...even gave them a bonus window cleaning treat afterwards...but they just drove off at speed afterwards...🤦♂️
So the cops are investigating.....maybe the honey glazed chest wig i was wearing at the time put them off.....hence they drove off.
