Useless fact: At w*rk the grilled chicken pieces have a flat side and a non-flat side. If I start them cooking on the non-flat side first they don't cook as well. This should not matter because halfway through I flip them over to cook on the other side. Both sides always get the same amount of cooking time. But they just cook better if I start them on the flat side first.
And I have no idea why, and the lack of a reason for this has been bugging me for years now.
