The devil has been searching thousands of years for the price some people are willing to sell out for. Little did he know it was as simple as chocolate. :D :D :D

(Make mine really dark chocolate though. I ain't going down for less than 85% cocoa.)

dark chocolate is alot better for you anyways.. it has anti-oxidants and bioflavonoids in it.. I used to eat my mom's baking chocolate squares when I was a kid..lol.. :)

I'm allergic to chocolate........no, seriously, but I'm doing all I can to build up a tolerance to it............ :)

When I eat chocolate, my throat gets scratchy, burns, and it makes me cough...........have to swallow it down with either some soda or coffee.....if I don't, I will begin to sneeze and cough.......

Are those that celebrate Single Awareness Day victims of Valentine's Day? Some guy started a group therapy thread about such victims. Perhaps it a group hug but it may be best not to become emotionally involved. Safer at least. Sad.

Well... yes, that too, but I'm sure we could find something pagan related to it. Like the egyptians used to hug the cats they worshipped or something. It's not a proper CC topic unless someone finds something pagan to complain about.

TO ALL THE SINGLES OUT THERE ON VALENTINE'S DAY.....

Just wanted to say to all you singles that I understand where you are coming from as I was one of you for 35 years. I hated this day with a passion and envied those with flowers on their desks at work. To see couples together on this day made me want to gag.... Yes, even the Blond wanted to gag at times. Why should they be happy and me single? Ever ask yourself that question? What do they have that I don't?

Well this is the first year that has changed for the Blond and I wanted to tell you what I have discovered and it may help you get through this day as a single unattached.

It isn't important that there is someone special that loves you. It is important that you have someone to love. Friends, family whoever they might be love them today and let them know just how special they are to you. Give your friend a hug, call your mom or dad and tell them how much you love them. If you have a lonely relative or friend take time for them today and in the process you will find that special love that you can share on this day that is set aside to show love.

Praying that there will be someone special that will show up in your lives and I am thanking God that someone special showed up in my life last year. So can we just for 24 hours forget that this is a pagan holiday and show and share the LOVE that God would like for us to show to each other? You will be glad you did and He will be glad too.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO YOU SINGLES!

God is Love. But what does love truly look like?
Love looks like God the Father sending His one and only Son (CJ) to earth, to suffer, to die a horrible physical/mental/spiritual death in our place. Love looks like Christ Jesus taking the weight of the world's sins - everyone's past, present and future sins, on His shoulders and bearing them on a tree, dying like a common criminal for you, for me, for people who do love Him, for those who don't love Him and for those who will never love Him. Love looks like the Son being separated from the Father and Holy Spirit, for our sake. But the good news is that Jesus didn't stay dead. He lives again! And Jesus reigns eternally. And so can we, as co-heirs with Christ, if only we receive the grace that He's shown to us. That's Love, my friends. That's Love!
