It doesn't really matter what we do, but I'd love to have a date where the conversation is so easy and natural, time evaporates like a mist, and when you float back down to reality, you reluctantly part ways, but know that you just can't wait to see or talk to this person again. <3

That is so sweet, reading it gave me diabetes. I know something about you - you are a romantic.

I'll tell you something funny about when I went to lunch for the first time with my guy.....we went Chinese and I ordered Teriyaki Chicken. Well, some of the sauce landed on my cheek. He commented that I had a little on my cheek. Almost immediately, I said, "I was saving it for later" I literally thought he was gonna bust a gut laughing. It's nice knowing how comfortable you are around each other that you can joke around and laugh for the longest time

Never had a date, so hah.

But seriously, anywhere that serves food is a good place to enjoy a first date in a relaxed atmosphere. Take her somewhere where she can begin to get to know you without the pressure of expectations.

An ornery, cynical, closeted romantic whose favorite movies (including for dates) include lots of weapons, explosives, and people getting their butts kicked, yes.

Probably treat her to rissole and chips and go for a walk down a local beach or harbour or something. Maybe see a local castle. Something nice, and uncomplicated.

I would love to go walking through a nice woodland area and climb trees. I would love to talk to someone sitting high up in a tree...no idea why!

My husband and I went to an art museum. After, we got food and went to a nice park to eat. Then, we went to guitar center, and I watched him play instruments lol.

I would take her out to a nice place, give her all my money, and ask her to kick me in the you know what a few times. Then I bypassed the entire relationship in one night.

A good first date for me would be to participate in an ironman triathlon,2.4 miles swim,112 miles bike,26.2 miles run.

And if she finishes then I know she is the marrying type,or at least to go out on more dates, and it does not matter how long it takes her to finish,as long as she finishes,or if she does not it would bother me,but don't go thinking we are going out on another date.

I dated this one woman, and we did that, participated in a ironman triathlon, and I finished, and then I patiently waited, for two days, and then here she comes, but I did not care of it was two days,as long as she finished.

And I thought now this is a woman I would like to marry, and with more training, and she improved,I would be even more delighted in her.

And as she was coming towards me,I thought about asking her out on another date, but as she neared I did not get the chance, for she pointed a finger at me in the upright position, and said some nasty things to me,and about me,and I thought what did I do wrong.

And then I thought about it,and I was too hard on her for the first date, and I smacked my head, and then I smacked my head again because I could of had a V-8,instead of the vitamin water I was drinking, but with the gorilla like strength I have I knocked myself out,so the next time I go on date,I am going to tone it down a bit, maybe run with the bulls,or climb Mount Everest, but I will see.

Maybe on a date I should stick to watching instead of participating.

I dont blame her. Women take off running from me but I never chase them 130 miles. I give up after around 20. Maybe if you told her you would marry her she would have forgave you.

What would I do on a first date? Most likely bring along a lady as it gets lonely on ones own.
