For me, its all about health at this point in my life, i train by walking. walking walking walking hahaha. i do about 4 to 5 miles per day. and now that ive started its hard to stop doing it. I love it. ive never felt better. i also do some weight training...just to keep toned.

What I should do to keep toned is get back in the martial arts. I haven't done that since I was in my mid twenties. *sighs* Where does the time go? :(

I run everyday..i take karate twice aweek..i mow the lawn but idk if that counts..i go swimming almost everyday...and i walk w/ my friends
but ya i heart running the most, but only on concrete ;)

In college, my best friend would drag me to the gym every morning at 6... i'd run for a little while, then collaspe and just nap on a yoga mat. Then when it was time to go, she would kick me & we'd leave :D aaaaaaahh good times ;) But i'm sure it did me good... nothing like a good brisk nap in the morning lol

Thats my favorite yoga position............ laying flat with my eyes closed snoring..... really gets the blood pumping

really got my friend's blood pumping.... she'd get soooo mad at me! hence the kicking :p

when i was younger my mom and my sister would get in front of the t.v. and start doin sweatin to the oldies with richard simmions.. i'd sit on the couch with a bag of reeses and watch them lol let say they didnt appreciate that to much
