For me, its all about health at this point in my life, i train by walking. walking walking walking hahaha. i do about 4 to 5 miles per day. and now that ive started its hard to stop doing it. I love it. ive never felt better. i also do some weight training...just to keep toned.
What I should do to keep toned is get back in the martial arts. I haven't done that since I was in my mid twenties. *sighs* Where does the time go?
