I voted and I would accept that person for who she is however, as I said in my profile.. about the tattoos and the piercings.. they are turn-offs for me however, I am kind of stuck on complication though because I met someone on here who has tats and she is very nice and really mature than her age.
There are some styles I can accept but punk, no. Ren or period age clothings are fine. I have worn them. I have ren/colonial style shirt with strings on it.. The other I wear all the time are guyabera shirts, hawaiian shirts, cubavera shirts, and 1950's retro shirts. In fact, I have REAL 1950's shirt and REAL 1930's fedora hat. The fedora was given to me by an old Deaf man. Nice guy. He was giving away things.
So, thats me! I dress differently.
Yes, Jesus would appear differently because I am sure he will be still wearing that tunic when he returns. It said in the Book of Revelation what he wears!! Look it up! I am not saying what verse.
You will know the difference between Jesus and the anti-christ who wears suits and the false prophect wears religious robe on. To know what that means, look it up in Revelation 17 and 18.. What colors does the woman wore?
I have dated women and married my ex who wore most of the time in jeans and sneakers and shirt. I only dated one time to a woman who is a professional big name singer who wore in mini skirt, high heels, and nice loosely shirt out to dinner to Red Lobster one time. And sorry no I am not saying her name. LOL. She only gave me her real name at the time.
Sure, I like a woman to dress like a model but I would not change her. I am used to women dressed in just jeans and shirts and sneakers.
Now, this is kind of table turned around.. the ladies I dated and even my ex wife dressed in jeans.. well, many churches would say that is not in proper style. Some churches such as Strict Baptists, Mennonites, Amish, Mormons, and JWs would say that is wrong to dress for the ladies.
Look, Mennonites and Amish as well as FLDS would still have women dress in 19th Century period clothing and hairstyles yet, they believe in God in their interpretations. Other non-Christian faiths such as Muslims and perhaps Orthodox Jews have strict clothing rules such as covering for the women in Muslim religion, etc.
Yes clothing can make you labelled what faith or religion you are. However, in an atheist world, they will think you are nuts. Also they will think it is alright for punks, people having tats, things appears so "unnatural".
Here is another interesting stuff.. I am going to cross over to explain another thing that was not in discussion here. Interracial. I have dated women of many different races. Caucasians, a Polyasian (Brit-Japanese), a Native-Mexican American, latinas (in Central America when I was on missions) and one from up here in CNY, a few blacks including 2 African-Americans and a Caribbean-American (darkest of all 3 I dated)...And they may dress a little different.
Now, I can not change their skin either. Because of that, I can not change the lady I am dating with. She is who she is, period. If she is going to be like that model, wow, thats a blessing. But if she is going to be that girl in glasses, a geek/nerd, a la, Dr. Amy Fowler (I think that is how you say her name on The Big Bang Theory tv show), that is fine.
You see, I am somewhat like Dr. Sheldon Cooper but I am me, Mark, period. I do talk different, and can make it difficult for people on how I talk about things, not about my speech. I talk well and yet, I am Deaf.
Only thing the right woman who is Hearing needs to set herself the same as I am by learning American Sign Language. That is only difference.
Now, you can see how I talk here?? I am different.
