I am totally injured now. You guys are so mature it gives me the shivers. Do you suppose you could get on the subject of the OP again? Or perhaps on the subject of the forum that is Bible discussion which includes what good conduct could be for all who believe Yeshua. Not a bad idea, right?
Exodus 12:15
For seven days you are to eat bread made without yeast. On the first day remove the yeast from your houses, for whoever eats anything with yeast in it from the first day through the seventh must be cut off from Israel.

2 Corinthians 5:21
God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

John 12:24
Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.

Luke 24:1
1Now on the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came to the sepulcher, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. 2And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulcher. 3And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus

Matthew 28:6
5And the angel answered and said to the women, Fear not you: for I know that you seek Jesus, which was crucified. 6He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. 7And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goes before you into Galilee; there shall you see him: see, I have told you

Romans 8:3
1There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. 3For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh
Leviticus 23
The Feast of Firstfruits

9And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, 10“Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, When you come into the land that I give you and reap its harvest, you shall bring the sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest, 11and he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, so that you may be accepted. On the day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it. 12And on the day when you wave the sheaf, you shall offer a male lamb a year old without blemish as a burnt offering to the LORD.

John 1:36
When he saw Jesus passing by, he said, "Look, the Lamb of God!"

1 Corinthians 15
20But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the first fruits of them that slept. 21For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive

Acts 26:23
that the Messiah would suffer and, as the first to rise from the dead, would bring the message of light to his own people and to the Gentiles."

1 Peter 1:3
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead

Are you teaching the law now? I am not under the law, though my new nature is to follow the morality of it. It is wonderful in that sense, but teachingit? That is a new twist coming from you. Hey, what about my response to your earlier lengthy post, any reply forthcoming? What about those three days huh?

Your really working up my humor bank. Hmm wonder what that means.
Obviously you get personal rather than take issue with content, cant you even
see your doing what you condemn?
I can't believe you condone one person's continual condescending cutting remarks to others that often get totally out of control like the ranting and ravings of a naughty child and yet you get after others that simply respond. What's the deal?

Exodus 19
Israel at Mount Sinai

1On the third new moon after the people of Israel had gone out of the land of Egypt, on that day they came into the wilderness of Sinai. 2They set out from Rephidim and came into the wilderness of Sinai, and they encamped in the wilderness. There Israel encamped before the mountain, 3while Moses went up to God. The LORD called to him out of the mountain, saying, “Thus you shall say to the house of Jacob, and tell the people of Israel: 4You yourselves have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles’ wings and brought you to myself. 5Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured possession among all peoples, for all the earth is mine; 6and you shall be to me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation. These are the words that you shall speak to the people of Israel.”

7So Moses came and called the elders of the people and set before them all these words that the LORD had commanded him. 8All the people answered together and said, “All that the LORD has spoken we will do.”

Exodus 24:7
Then he took the Book of the Covenant and read it to the people. They responded, "We will do everything the LORD has said; we will obey."

Exodus 32
15Then Moses turned and went down from the mountain with the two tablets of the testimony in his hand, tablets that were written on both sides; on the front and on the back they were written. 16The tablets were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God, engraved on the tablets. 17When Joshua heard the noise of the people as they shouted, he said to Moses, “There is a noise of war in the camp.” 18But he said, “It is not the sound of shouting for victory, or the sound of the cry of defeat, but the sound of singing that I hear.” 19And as soon as he came near the camp and saw the calf and the dancing, Moses’ anger burned hot, and he threw the tablets out of his hands and broke them at the foot of the mountain. 20He took the calf that they had made and burned it with fire and ground it to powder and scattered it on the water and made the people of Israel drink it.

21And Moses said to Aaron, “What did this people do to you that you have brought such a great sin upon them?” 22And Aaron said, “Let not the anger of my lord burn hot. You know the people, that they are set on evil. 23For they said to me, ‘Make us gods who shall go before us. As for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.’ 24So I said to them, ‘Let any who have gold take it off.’ So they gave it to me, and I threw it into the fire, and out came this calf.”

25And when Moses saw that the people had broken loose (for Aaron had let them break loose, to the derision of their enemies), 26then Moses stood in the gate of the camp and said, “Who is on the LORD’s side? Come to me.” And all the sons of Levi gathered around him. 27And he said to them, “Thus says the LORD God of Israel, ‘Put your sword on your side each of you, and go to and fro from gate to gate throughout the camp, and each of you kill his brother and his companion and his neighbor.’” 28And the sons of Levi did according to the word of Moses. And that day about three thousand men of the people fell.

Leviticus 23:15
The Feast of Weeks
15“You shall count seven full weeks from the day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering. 16You shall count fifty days to the day after the seventh Sabbath.

Acts 2
The Coming of the Holy Spirit

1When the day of Pentecost arrived, they were all together in one place. 2And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting. 3And divided tongues as of fire appeared to them and resteda on each one of them. 4And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.

5Now there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men from every nation under heaven. 6And at this sound the multitude came together, and they were bewildered, because each one was hearing them speak in his own language. 7And they were amazed and astonished, saying, “Are not all these who are speaking Galileans? 8And how is it that we hear, each of us in his own native language? 9Parthians and Medes and Elamites and residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, 10Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya belonging to Cyrene, and visitors from Rome, 11both Jews and proselytes, Cretans and Arabians—we hear them telling in our own tongues the mighty works of God.” 12And all were amazed and perplexed, saying to one another, “What does this mean?” 13But others mocking said, “They are filled with new wine.”

Peter’s Sermon at Pentecost
14But Peter, standing with the eleven, lifted up his voice and addressed them: “Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and give ear to my words. 15For these people are not drunk, as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day.b 16But this is what was uttered through the prophet Joel:

17 “‘And in the last days it shall be, God declares,
that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh,
and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
and your young men shall see visions,
and your old men shall dream dreams;
18 even on my male servantsc and female servants
in those days I will pour out my Spirit, and they shall prophesy.
19 And I will show wonders in the heavens above
and signs on the earth below,
blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke;
20 the sun shall be turned to darkness
and the moon to blood,
before the day of the Lord comes, the great and magnificent day.
21 And it shall come to pass that everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.’

22“Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man attested to you by God with mighty works and wonders and signs that God did through him in your midst, as you yourselves know— 23this Jesus, delivered up according to the definite plan and foreknowledge of God, you crucified and killed by the hands of lawless men. 24God raised him up, loosing the pangs of death, because it was not possible for him to be held by it. 25For David says concerning him,

“‘I saw the Lord always before me,
for he is at my right hand that I may not be shaken;
26 therefore my heart was glad, and my tongue rejoiced;
my flesh also will dwell in hope.
27 For you will not abandon my soul to Hades,
or let your Holy One see corruption.
28 You have made known to me the paths of life;
you will make me full of gladness with your presence.’

29“Brothers, I may say to you with confidence about the patriarch David that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. 30Being therefore a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that he would set one of his descendants on his throne, 31he foresaw and spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that he was not abandoned to Hades, nor did his flesh see corruption. 32This Jesus God raised up, and of that we all are witnesses. 33Being therefore exalted at the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this that you yourselves are seeing and hearing. 34For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he himself says,

“‘The Lord said to my Lord,
Sit at my right hand,
35 until I make your enemies your footstool.’

36Let all the house of Israel therefore know for certain that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified.”

37Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?” 38And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself.” 40And with many other words he bore witness and continued to exhort them, saying, “Save yourselves from this crooked generation.” 41So those who received his word were baptized, and there were added that day about three thousand souls.

wow some people are just wound too tight.

A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones. Proverbs 17:22

I think it's fantastically amazing that people that attack others viciously turn around and accuse the person they've attacked of getting out of control? Simply because they reply directly? You believe someone being continually attacked for stating their opinion and they finally respond by pointing out how ridiculous (not to mention ungodly the attacks are) are wrong in responding? This is amazing! Apparently along as you agree with the attackers you aren't offended by their approach? The fruits TELL ALL. And the hate I see coming out of hearts here is appalling on a Christian site.

That in itself shows how misguided you are.

I believe after the one with whom I am conversing, not you, has post to me, "get over yourself," not being a hypocrite, I am entitled to respond at the same level I am addressed. As for doing what I condemn, I condemn nothing, not even ridicule, I advise and teach against it. Why do you not pay attention. Read the material before you commenting. I have been motivated to quote a proverb on this in the past, but you know the word, and you know what type of person answers a question before it is answered.

You and your friends here do get together for mischief it seems to me. This is how I see it, it is an opinion. Now, get smart and contrive an opinion. This has been the tonic from your type in the threads for some time. It makes for entertainemnt for the very base, but it is not sharing the love that is Yeshua.

I have told you what I believe. Do not come back with some really cheap remark about love. Had I told you a lie, that would not be love. Yes, another you may use. Tell me you love me while insulting me...........

this is a mixed post ill respond to what i see was for me....ok? i take offense when im either in the flesh, heard a truth about
myself and was resisting change, or hit a hurt ive not learned to understand fully...otherwise its just a opinion ill more than likely shrug.

I agree all people dont read or remember past posts, but its worst...they may read into them or plain didnt understand them.
If you feel misunderstood....im sure alot have felt the same....its life....and its one of the things that happen in forums.

Gang complexes are easy to get here....you have your own you know...want me to name them? They insult and get
their panties is a twist too......so what? People tend to look like that that have similiar beliefs....right?

Cheap remarks, reading into a statement, answering before understanding an issue, making it personal to shoot
down the person who you may perceive is shooting you down...common everyday stuff...whining about it seems
to fan the flames....your doing it well....at your age youve learned to do it more subtly.

So..........can we get back to the issues and get off the personals....put on our bigboy pants?
if not maybe the forums arnt for you.

Oh by the way lots of us have bad character issues...im not saying its ok..im saying
that a person should not be picked apart just because they have them...they still have
a gift to be seen.....God and only God will work out their issues and him alone. Maybe some
compassion would help better than rubbing on their sore.

ok sorry i did see some of your posts go by that were ranting and cutting......but i let you be.
I already took issue on you about that....my job was done "then" you continued...and i chose
to love you and try to see your point....i hope i was correct in that...im not the boss ya know.

Was there somone else you think i might do well adressing this kind of thing...if so give me the name
and ill ponder on it.

Replying only to the comment on "gang complexes." I can give you a list, the moll in keeping with your own illustration of a complex, Zone, followed by Abiding, Sarah, Fester, yourself, and these are off the top of my head. When these people are around most others disappear. I try to hang around to keep these folks from attacking the innocent. The innocent are those who have not come to know you. It is my duty in Yeshua. This is not a complex, they always show up together. If you do not believe me, believe the posts...........always the same unhappy bunch.
Praise Yahweh, and do not just repeat quotes from the Word, as we are instructed to praise Him with understanding we are to also teach His Holy Scripture with the understanding given by the Holy Spirit. That is all.

I believe Yeshua resurrected on the third day as prophesied, do not try to deflect what was posted in a direct manner. Using the Roman calendar, our Lord was crucified, suffered and died on the cross on Friday before sunset. Three days later He reserrected, and I believe this. I do not teach I know what scholars are not certain of to this day, and that is that He rose on Sunday when a normal count from Friday comes to Monday. Friday before sunset, It was Finished, and the three days Friday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday, and Sunday to Monday. I do not care to be the scholar who knows the exact count or manner of counting, this is up to intellectuals who love to debate these things, but I `would like to emphasize there is reason to think in terms of another day. No matter what day it truly is, I believe Yeshua, so why the emphasis on numbers, days and rules to go by, when the Holy Spirit gives us all we need to know, as Paul teaches? I do not insist you believe as I do, or that you understand as I do, but I see a pattern forming with this line of posting. Hey everyone, look and see how much I can post and talk about from the Bible, and everything I understand is ironclad. Geeee! Now for your entourage. I think I will unsubscribe now. I have run interference for the brethren enough for now.

It is written how a person will do somethng wicked to others then wink the eye and say "It was in jest." If others feel injured because of the so-called humor of any given group, that group is cruel, and unloving. You know a tree by the fruit it bears, and the fruit born by these folks is putrid. Always together in humor against anyone who opposes, and this is not of the Holy Spirit. Were it such, others would adhere to the misguided teachings of the Word and the moral conduct implicit from being in Yeshua. Sorry, this is my optical vantage point, now, keeping my word, I will unsubscribe..............

JJ true taking the beam out of your eye was dead dog wrong thing to say right? would you think a tad more serious matthew 23
would be more fitting? Actually that wont work for you either youve proven that. Face it until someone agrees
with you and does it in your preferred style you wont be a happy camper.

Understand this JJ the same people you are thinking about have done the same to me
like i said before i put on my big boy pants and tend to look at the issue of the thread.
Im not perfect at it...but im not gona make others character or lack of be in control
of me or the thread .....actually i can pull your character apart plenty easy and throw you
under the bus along with your doctrine and blame it on fruit.....do you really think that would be wise?

So we can't 'oppose in humor'?
Should we oppose in disgust and hatred instead?
Or no one oppose anything and all sing 'May the Circle be unbroken?
