Now that Im only working part time Im going to get a juicer and start juicing.
I heard cabbage, carrots and celery is a great juice drink. Although, I would probably throw in an apple for flavor.
Cabbage juice is supposed to be good for ulcers, acidity, arthritis, and healthy colon.
Juicing allows you to get all the enzymes and vitamins that heating destroys. You can use the fiber in soups or baked products later.
I had a juicer but hated the clean up because I was working full time, but now I have the time. If anyone is like me and doesn't get all the vegetables they should, juicing provides an alternate way to get them.
