I believe I keep the Sabbath, I attend church if allowed. I do not watch tv or movies and do things for pure entertainment. All music I listen to or play and sing is in praise to God.

I am not sure if that is how the OP of this thread means Sabbath Keepers.

Yet, I keep the Sabbath out of love and respect for Christ. I do not think it has anything to do with my salvation. For me I understand that salvation is by God's grace alone. Of coursing keeping the Sabbath pleases God. I love Him so do everything I can to please Him but I do not think it changes whether I am saved. If I can do things to affect my salvation I am taking away from the gift God gave me and nullifying the sacrifice and works of Christ.

I have said this elsewhere.. Hope it's not bad that I copy and paste my own statement. It's really the best attempt I've made about explaining my understanding of salvation...

I repent because it pleases God and I love Him so I do all I can to please Him

Salvation is by God's grace..

"Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord:though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool."

I have accepted God's gift- Jesus Christ; He has taken away my sin. As He has taken away my sin, I am born again in His sight- not by what I DO, but by what He has DONE.

it is not about DO... It is about DONE...

I live for Christ not to earn His favor, but I live for Christ because it is already mine... By God's grace I am saved..

To me the key is I have to accept Christ and by accepting Him I am born again and live by His grace and will doing His bidding, for me this means I can not continue in sin...

I can't say who will be in heaven that's God's work... I however know God is just.

whether you believe salvation depends upon following Laws or be it God's grace alone... I'm sure we all remember Christ's words about loving everyone, even our enemies. I don't think we have enemies here. So let us discuss with love and respect.

There are much pleasures and worries of this world ahead of you to keep you from obeying this commandments and the other 9. Any "decent" carrier/job requires one to break one or more. Yes, the noises around you too.

In other words, GOD's original plan for their entering into rest corresponded with these appointed times in the fall.

However, they did not enter in under Moses because of unbelief, and subsequently wandered in the desert for 40 years. Afterwards they entered the promised land under Joshua just before Passover in the first month of the year. But they did not enter into the true rest that GOD has planned for his people from the foundation of the world, as indicated in Hebrews 4:8:

For if Joshua had caused them to rest, he would not have spoken about another day after these things. Hebrews 4:8​

This change of entering the promised land (which symbolizes rest) from the appointed times in the 7th month to the appointed time of Passover in the first month signifies GOD's postponement of his people's true rest until Christ, our Passover, could accomplish and establish the more excellent way that would allow GOD's people to forever enter into their final rest in the (as of yet) unfulfilled appointed times of YHWH.

So, IMO, the future fulfillments of these appointed times (what he calls another day) are what the writer of Hebrews is referring to in Hebrew 4:8-9. The example of disobedient Israelites not entering into rest in the promised land through unbelief warns us to always strive through faith to enter into Christ's rest, that culminates in the keeping of the sabbath of the fulfilled day of atonement and subsequent festival of Tabernacles, when those who do believe fully enter into GOD's promised eternal rest.

So let us strive daily to enter into this keeping of a sabbath that is left for GOD's people when Christ returns to give them rest.

When I say “You’re fabricating an image in God’s mind about you” because you say that He “sees me as perfect”… this is not a hellfire accusation. There is no other way for me to truthfully express that error in a more gentle fashion. I could have said, “You’re wrong… God does not see you as being perfect” … but that would have sounded like I was accusing you of doing wrong.

However, I will take your words to heart and do my very best short of covering up truth… not to offend you.

Because of this false teaching people unwittingly apply bizarre characteristics upon God… that He sees things that are black as being white, dirty as being clean, evil as being good… these characteristics we don’t even apply to our least of acquaintances and yet they get applied to God

When an unfinished work comes before God thinking that God sees him as being perfect then he will be placing a barrier between himself and God.

Now what I’m saying may not come across to you as the “Word and Love of Yeshua” but there is no other way for me to explain why this teaching is no good and what the consequences are resulting from the belief of this popular Christian doctrine.

No you didn't. You posted a bunch of stuff that really doesn't say much. One thing none of what you posted addressed is the fact that the meaning of the words sabbatismo and sabbatizo can only be derived from the context. This is proven by the verse examples that I gave, which show that these words can refer to weekly, 7-year, or festival sabbaths. The weekly sabbath is not even mentioned in Hebrews 4, so there is no automatic justification to assume sabbatismo refers to a weekly sabbath.

No you didn't. You posted a bunch of stuff that really doesn't say much. One thing none of what you posted addressed is the fact that the meaning of the words sabbatismo and sabbatizo can only be derived from the context. This is proven by the verse examples that I gave, which show that these words can refer to weekly, 7-year, or festival sabbaths. The weekly sabbath is not even mentioned in Hebrews 4, so there is no automatic justification to assume sabbatismo refers to a weekly sabbath.
