Today I have consumed far too much sugar.
I've been run over by a remote-control Jeep.
I've crashed several cars into each other in the middle of my living room.
I have rolled around on the floor singing "Do you know the muffin man?"
I have been puked on by a small child.
I have contemplated dying my hair purple again.
I have taken a fantastic nap.
I have received some really wonderful gifts.
I have forgotten how to count to three.
I've been run over by a remote-control Jeep.

It's been a very different day than I expected weeks ago...kinda wingin' it. I've never done that on Christmas before.
A Hobbit Hole brunch @ Denny's complete with sweet tea.
Heart attack on a plate? Yep. Today I don't care. It was wonderful.
Found some cool Christmas decorations for next year;
Saw a movie I NEEDED to see today. I can't explain the impact it had on me. It will be my secret;
Had some very precious moments with my son; and
I was going through some of my mom's things on a whim tonight and found something very special, very personal. What an amazing gift God gave me tonight. I don't know why He loves me like He does.
I pray all of you felt His presence richly today as well.

He and I got a few things straightened out between us today. Not yet where I want to be, but I'm not going it alone. This much I know. Change me, Lord.
