So hang on now. Who is to blame! Man? Or a fallen angel? You said a fallen angel is at fault for deceiving Eve... And then you say god sent Jesus to pay our penalty? How is it our penalty if it was the fault of a fallen angel?

You make no sense whatsoever
Lucifer was an angel in heaven with high position became prideful and wanted to be equal to or set himself above God. There was war in heaven and Michael cast out Satan and 1/3 of the angels of heaven. Satan ended up in the tree of knowledge of good and evil after entering the serpent and deceived Eve on this earth. Lucifer/Satan fell first originating sin in heaven was kicked out - Adam was given the earth to take care of and rule over and placed in a perfect world but originated sin on earth Eve through deception, Adam by choice.

Angels and humans are different, man was created a little lower than the angels and in God's image, angels have always been messengers and servants of God to do God's will.

Lucifer/Satan was at fault for the corruption in heaven. Adam and Eve had a choice and could have said no but didn't so it is man's fault for sin on earth. The wages of sin is death and there will come a time when all evil will be destroyed Satan the originator along with all the ones who don't accept the plan of salvation to save man.

God could have destroyed Satan right away, but there was doubt amongst the angels and they would have served Him out of fear and not love. So that is why God did not destroy Satan right away because God gives angels and men a power of choice and God won't mess with our choices as He wants us to choose to love Him.

I've heard this many times before, but it's not in the Bible. What is the source?

WOW, thank you for telling this story. so proud of you....revealing the truth is a great consequence unless you have walked with him with great faith, and in that he gives his protection toward you to confess!

I erred in saying it was a 'story' .....

In him are miracles, without him, is depravity...that which he gave you've seen corrupted, and he suffers you for truth.

As Christians we take the book and his word in perspective. The last published word is of particular significance for the elect:

I feel we have gone a little off topic here. The statement of the OP was that athesists did not exist not a justification of their outlook of the world. I hope from the responses given that this issue can now be resolved.
Is it resolved in your mind? I am an atheist so I know from personal experience that I do exist. :)

The first time I heard this preposterous claim, that there are no atheists, I was in high school. A Christian friend related that one of the teachers in class had made this assertion. She knew it was absurd, though she was a Christian, because she had at least three atheist friends, myself included. We tried to puzzle out the rational on our walk home, but could make no sense of it. Personally, I think the claim is typically made by those who either have little understanding of atheism, or who are so blinded by personal belief that they cannot see the real world in front of them. There are atheists. Period.

I suspect if we took a poll very few would be shown to take the view that there are no atheists. It might read like this:

i) I am a Christian and I say there are atheists.

ii) I am a Christian and I say there are no atheists.

iii) I am an atheist and I say there are atheists.

iv) I am an atheist and I say there are no atheists.

:)

When they say that there are no atheists, they might just be attempting to pass this point: Every human being, deep down, that knows God exist.

i) I am a Christian and I say there are atheists, who have significantly lower intelligences than the normal, God-fearing people.

Hahahahahaha...sorry. I didn't mean that..well.. I did.. nevermind sorry.

Haha! I didn't realise it took intelligence to believe in wizards, myth and magic.

Intellegences isn't a word. Despite misspelling Intelligence. I disagree, everyone struggles with finding their place in the world. Those who are atheist and constantly judge and condemn those who believe are not much different than racists, I agree with that. However, there are some who just never had a spiritual experience and disbelieve because sometimes it is hard to see God in this world. I also know that any man or woman who claims to be an atheist are usually the first ones to hit their knees in a near death experience or times of crisis. We are all connected and not believing in a Creator of some sort is a little absurd to me. Even Albert Einstein believed in a Creator as life as we know it is against all mathematical odds and is in constant threat of destruction from the Universe.

As an atheist I've been judged plenty. I've been Told I'm all sorts of depraved sinner, my father is satan, going to burn in hell etc, and they also take great pleasure in telling me.

At least when I'm making comments about people's belief it's not with any threat attached.

However, compared to how christians are mocked (schools, mass-media, workplace etc.) and worse, how Jesus Christ is mocked by the atheists, I think that the "threats" that you got is more of a grumbling from behind the fence.

Why would you word it this way? It sounds like you're trying to quote scripture, though a Google search turned up no biblical source. It's just confusing.
Okay, I will try to explain, Want to play a game?
The game is I want you to be angry, and the condition to be angry under is there can be no angry thoughts
Can one be angry without angry thoughts? Is that truly possible to be happy, sad angry without the thoughts of?

Is not everyone designed this way, that our thoughts create our emotions?
Without thought can there be emotion?
So who is in control, thought right? For emotion is not present without thought is it?
Does that help logically?

Sorry, if you think Einstein believed in God think again. Read the follow in his own words:

In response to a friend who wrote him upon reading somewhere that Einstein was religious, he replied: “It was, of course, a lie what you read about my religious convictions, a lie which is being systematically repeated. I do not believe in a personal God and I have never denied this but have expressed it clearly. If something is in me which can be called religious then it is the unbounded admiration for the structure of the world so far as our science can reveal it.” (1954)

In in an autobiographical note he wrote: “. . . I came—though the child of entirely irreligious (Jewish) parents—to a deep religiousness, which, however, reached an abrupt end at the age of twelve. Through the reading of popular scientific books I soon reached the conviction that much in the stories of the Bible could not be true. The consequence was a positively fanatic orgy of freethinking coupled with the impression that youth is intentionally being deceived by the state through lies; it was a crushing impression. Mistrust of every kind of authority grew out of this experience, a skeptical attitude toward the convictions that were alive in any specific social environment—an attitude that has never again left me, even though, later on, it has been tempered by a better insight into the causal connections. It is quite clear to me that the religious paradise of youth, which was thus lost, was a first attempt to free myself from the chains of the 'merely personal,' from an existence dominated by wishes, hopes, and primitive feelings.... The road to this paradise was not as comfortable and alluring as the road to the religious paradise; but it has shown itself reliable, and I have never regretted having chosen it.”

Just showing logical truth, yet the bible does have quotes on this Proverbs 23:7 as a man thinks in his heart so is he.
But that does not give a clue to what I am saying about who or what is in control of each of us here on earth in this world.
And I am saying the dominant thoughts are in control driving the person

The power of magnetism may operate only over a short distance but it is powerful and it is there. The momentum generated by magnetic power can be projected over a larger distance.

In the low-budget scientific experiment shown below, the magnetic power of a half-inch magnet from above beats the gravitational power of earth below that is approximately 7927 miles in diameter.

View attachment 73471
Evidence is that there have been always been plenty of electro-magnetic forces in the highly ionized universe. These forces can be powerful. An example from the negative-charge side is lightning.

Magnetic field reversals (MFR's) can happen and when they do, objects can be expelled away from each other rather than attracted. Earth scientists posit that geomagnetic reversals have happened multiple times in the history of the earth with the last reversal occurring during the last ice age. Floating matter and ions in space are much more transient than materials in the center of the earth and magnetic field reversals could easily happen there.

Big bang cosmology depends heavily on the gravitational power of black holes which are BELIEVED by scientists to exist.
And one is pulled, drawn one way or the other and we choose which way to be pulled into. For me is to just love all, the way they are and then choose how to react to the way anyone is, without condemnation, knowing that all evil will be subdued and is in me, then you, then you and then you over there
Love to all.
Thanks for this post, has said much to me

Actually it's not from behind a fence.. It's been right in my face after I've told someone my beliefs.. And this is after I've been stopped while I'm walking. So I ain't approaching anyone, I've had people approach me and then don't like what I say then threaten me with eternal punishment.

I don't respect beliefs in myth and magic. I respect people, but I don't respect the fact they will believe absurd stories without sufficient evidence.

I found my mother dead from a heart attack when I was 8 years old, my father died from lung cancer when I was 12, a pretty rough start for a child. Then I lived in 5 different households, two were relatives, 3 were not. Some believed in a God, some did not, and still even though I have plenty of good reasons to hate God, why don't I?

God hates to see women raped, (children abused, which I have experienced), He hates to see children starve, and see people die of AIDS or anything else. It was not God's original plan for man - man was placed on a perfect world. A fallen angel is to blame for the beginnings of sin because of his pride, and he deceived Eve with a lie. Sin entered the world and people started dying because the wages of sin is death. God loved us enough to send His own Son to pay the penalty for us. We just have to believe and receive. I have every reason to hate God if I were so inclined to do so, but Jesus gave up heaven and came and died in my place so I could have eternal life and be reconciled to God. The least I can do is love Him back and say yes to His offer of freedom from sin and death.

I just want to share that offer with everyone else who has not made that choice.
Yes, Jesus Lives jesuslives, I had a childhood somewhat the same it started at age 14 for me, Sister died at age 18 then two more deaths in 7 year time frame. Been tortured, left for dead, many a times and this last time a little over a year ago in Hospital for a life threatening situation that so far only 7 percent survive. I am now one of those 7 percent.
Standing for the love of God in-spite of all the troubles that have happened, and just can not curse God the same as Job in the First Testament. Can't explain it it just is what it is
Thanks
