In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we command you, brothers and sisters, to keep away from every believer who is idle and disruptive and does not live according to the teaching you received from us.
Is it Christian to ignore certain people on the forums? I believe it is. Those who aren't growing and just try to stir up strife can and in fact should be ignored.
Second Thessalonians 3:14 Take special note of anyone who does not obey our instruction in this letter. Do not associate with them, in order that they may feel ashamed.
Now, this doesn't apply to atheists, or Muslims. This is for those who wear the name of Christ, and habitually offend, showing no remorse.
I don't want people to think the "Christian" thing is to keep showing friendship to those of us who show no fruits of The Spirit, refuse council, call names, etc. Nevertheless: ...do not regard him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.
