--this baptism is commanded. Commands can be obeyed. Baptism with the Holy Spirit was a promise which cannot be obeyed. Baptism with the HS was a promise to the apostles, not anyone today.
--the baptism of Acts 2:38 is in the name of the Lord as is the water baptism Peter commanded in Acts 10:47,48 is in the name of the Lord. Both are Christ's water baptism of the great commission.
