And you don't have to be using the Google browser, either. They will infiltrate anything. And everything.

The days of privacy are long gone my friends.

Google is not a browser, but a search engine. Their browser is Crome.
If you are in the PC world, try Firefox.

I am using Firefox. I still get the ads, but if it keeps the forum afloat I can live with it.

Yeah I saw another bad idea t-shirt girl one too where she was more flirtatious... They do pop up occasionally for me as well.
What Bad T-Shirt Girl? I did not see this but then, I was not looking for it either. Oh, I just caught a glimpse but I placed my fingers over my eyes, so I did not see too much. I don't think that she flirted with me either, well, maybe just a wink. This must be the Playboy site now. My theory is that this is a way to attract more good looking guys to this site. Someone should conduct a poll, Bad T- Shirt Girl - Yes or No

I guess the CC people did not get the $ needed to run the show as I missed a few days due to being busy and internet issues and now ADDS, ADDS and did I say ADDS!

I HATE ADDS!
I think that you meant "ADS" so I will let you slide this one time. I hate "AIDS" also.

I think we all need to make regular contributions if we use this forum regularly.

Regarding AD PLACEMENT....... I simply used the built in ad placement provided with vBulletin (our forum software).

I can later try putting long ads in between posts instead of inside posts, that will be a little work but I'm willing to try and compare. So please bear with us and thank you for positive, constructive input.
thanks for being open. anything we can do to help just ask.

I am actually getting used to them now. Just took awhile. We understand you need to support this if we are to keep this great site.

Not accusing you of anything BUT the ads that we see as individuals depend on our browser history. My wife and I are in the market for a house and I have been getting a lot of real estate ads on here. It's likely that SOMEONE using your computer was probably visiting some questionable sites.
Not really,

I am not looking for a house, or anything to do with purchasing a house and I got the same add.

Some adds refere to things I have done, but like someone said, They also throw in other categories to.

Haven't seen that particular ad, but I BETCHA it won't be "good looking guys" that ad would attract! :)

Since when did a good looking guy need to go on line to find a girlfriend?

The conservatives are all for free enterprise so long as it's not in their own back pocket.

JESUS ADVERTISED! Far and wide............day in, day out..........AND WOW! What a difference He made........He sent out representatives to ALL THE WORLD.....to proclaim His Good News.......and they found customers (converts) wherever they went, establishing offices (local congregations) in every city they went.............and centralized His operations (at the Throne of God) in order to more effectively run the earthly operations (the Church) down here..........

No one complained about that!

.......uh, well, no, wait...........many did complain............AND MANY ARE STILL COMPLAINING..........(sigh)......

Dcontroversial, it's funny how you're in the military, yet you show daily losses of self-control in practically every thread you post in.

Same goes for you, Elder Rehbein.

Well seeing how this is the third person to assume that my browser is selecting this type of ad is about to get redundant and fire me up as I do not control the ADs that COME through CC's Site and on top of that I use Bing not Google...sooooo!
Geez....... never seemed to bother you before when you were the one doing it...... since you live in the woods, I'd suggest you cut down some trees, build a bridge, & get over it!
