Because humans, and especially governments, are prone to inconsistency. Their concern is not really about making sense or adopting reasonable policies, but about maintaining support and approval.

oh God changed me from a lot more than that Morgan. He saved my life, I could never repay him for what he has done for me (this isn't even including Jesus dieing on the cross.)
 
The only alcohol I've ever had is champaign last new years. Drugs, cigaretts and alcohol have never appealed to me.

None of us could ever repay him for anything he's done. He's God. Ahhh and I just love him soooooooooooooooo muuuchh! I'm so glad he saved both of us :)
 
i had that 2 nights ago nd then i had fish nd chips last night!!!!
