12 And he said O Lord God of my master Abraham, I pray thee, send me good speed this day, and shew kindness unto my master Abraham.
13 Behold, I stand here by the well of water; and the daughters of the men of the city come out to draw water:

O.K. guys listen up....I have a suggestion for Finding a Wife......
First find a really tall tree. Drape with a big fish net with a rope tied to it.
On the ground place many new handbags, shoes, jewelry, flowers anything else you think a woman would like.
Hide in a nearby bush and wait.
When you see the woman you want

O.K I have posted my joke about this but I'll get serious here and give a real suggestion.
I went on a business trip to Gaithersburg Maryland many years ago for job training in how to process mortgage documents for a mortgage company and was there for a week. I decided that I would use this opportunity to meet men and I made a few rules for myself which was - Meet 7 different men 1. Get their name and 2. Have a brief conversation with them.
That was it so I did actually do that and by guy number 7 he asked me to dinner and we were both on a business trip at the same hotel. That was about day three and for the rest of the week we ate dinner together (he paid - nice guy), we went on a canoe ride on the Patomic River and had an enjoyable time. He was from New Orleans and I was living in St. Petersburg FL at the time and he even flew over to see me once.
So I guess the point of the story is - ladies open yourselves up and let the guys know you are available just by introducing yourself and have a brief conversation with them with no expectations. It worked for me and it just might for you and Guys if a lady introduces herself to you take that as a sign she just might be available.... Of course pray about this and ask for God's direction and assistance.... Happy hunting...

I'll be going on a trip, I might try this just for fun. But I think 7 is too many and its just a short trip.

Well its no wonder why many people are single with all these type of comments. The op asked a simple question and most of the comments were demeaning. One thing you can rely on on cc. are negative, heartless, demeaning comments from this lovely Christian place. LOL If you can't answer a question, then don't answer at all. that way at least you have some dignity. What's wrong with you people? can't you give good advice for once in your Christian life?
