That's exactly what the Holy Spirit carried Isaiah along to say.
Yes, Isaiah was inspired by God.

What Isaiah thought about it is neither stated, nor does it matter.
...we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God...

They thought Jesus was being punished by God. They were wrong, but you believe them.

It's not about "viewing" Jesus as sinful, it is about Jesus himself bearing our sins in his body on the tree (2Pe 2:24).
It's 1 Pe.2:24 and you should read the text. That way, you won't misunderstand the verse.

Your unbelief is showing.

No doubt.....Like it clearly states...ALL OUR RIGHTEOUSNESSES are AS FILTHY RAGS and OUR INIQUITIES like the wind have taken us away....OUR works will never be good enough to save us or keep us saved period as our eternal salvation rests squarely upon Jesus and his work and HIS faith which satisfied the heavenly FATHER!
Repentance includes not boasting. This goofy misunderstanding of Pauls writings has infected every book in the Bible with heresies...original sin...God condemning the innocent...God chastening mankind and mankind unable to repent...it's all bs.

HHMMM. I wonder whom did Jesus ignore. Is there anyone that He did not die for?
Oh Kerry, God has the biggest ignore button in the universe. How could you be a Christian and not know this:

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD:

Sorry God. You made humanity incapable of reasoning.

How is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers

Really God? Nobody is faithful unless You cast a spell on them and once the spell is cast it sticks for life.

Its all about original sin...total depravity. God...havent You read Paul??? Creepers.

Well I have seen the foulest of men bow their knees and weep as they accept Christ and I have seen men on their death beds curse God and Jesus. Yet the Lord sent me to tell them that He loves them. God don't ignore anyone and I'm glad that He don't.

Can people be a thorn in our side, yes of course. We have not reached perfection yet. We still suffer in this world and if you are a part of a ministry, you will deal with thorns and we can't ignore a thorn, cause it hurts.

That's funny as who quoted Paul and the only BS to be found is your ignorant interpretations and application of scripture!

Nice. Now go back and give me your interpretation of why Jesus condemned people for not repenting at His preaching, when the people of Nineveh repented at the preaching of a lesser. Go ahead d.....I'm waiting.

Evidently you've never met any who were wicked when God regenerated them.

That's sad, because you have missed witnessing the glorious and mighty resurrection power of God
in raising them from spiritual death to eternal life.
No doubt and his problem is three fold...

1. Blind
2. Alexander Campbell follower instead of following Jesus
3. Trusts in himself and a watered down blood that is pinkish with no power to save!

You're not suggesting that Jesus died for all humanity and gives them ample time to repent of their own free will...are you? If so mainstream Christianity will brand you as a heretic.

They don't pay my bills and they are not my source. I preach and teach the cross whether they like it or not. Put me on your ignore list I don't care. I will say thus saith Lord come hell or high water.

Your point being exactly what....they got condemned because they did not believe and you application of Nineveh is moot as it did not apply to eternal salvation, but that God would spare the city collectively!

Jesus said the people Jonah preached to would condemn the unbelievers Jesus spoke to, so it is about salvation for the Ninevites. But even if it wasnt, they chose to repent at Jonah preaching...so there goes the idea of total depravity....flush it down the toilet. Wake up bro.

I meant it was the church that crucified Jesus was it not. Jesus stepped on their sacred cow and they didn't like it at all and had Him killed. All of the Apostles were killed and the church will try to kill any truth that one might speak. Why, because of flesh and money.

If I were your pastor and I said go on a 21 day Daniel fast and you did it what changed? Nothing, you still the same old angry person that you were. But, if I were your pastor and you came to me with anger issues, I would say take it to the cross and deliverance will come.

But, churches today are hung up on self help and psychology which is demonic, because it throws the cross in the trash. The Holy Spirit will only help you if your faith is planted in the works of the cross and nothing else.

The OT is eat up with the cross and every time Israel was delivered it was because of the cross.

By one man sin entered and DEATH PASSED UPON ALL MEN so I think you should re-evaluate for sure!

This isn't true:
"For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins." Heb.10:3
Animal sacrifice never removed sin from anyones life. It was
repentance (caused by the animal sacrifice) that removed sin.
No, the sacrifice did not cause repentance, but the sacrifice was ineffective without repentance, because it was offered in unbelief.
Yes it did, because He rose from the dead. All His miracles (His entire life as a living sacrifice) caused some people to repent
Pay attention to your own argument.

The animal sacrifice was the penalty (fine, punishment) for sin (Lev 5:6, 7, 14)
and it only covered their sin (Ro 4:7),
it did not remit sin, take them away Heb 10:4).

Asked and answered without one bit of your consideration. Enough back and forth. Answer the question I asked dcontorversal. Should be a piece of cake for you.
