*I wish more churches that are not catholic would say this. There are many denominations that think nothing of it, say nothing about it, and encourage it. He is right. It is evil. Many have left the catholic church as even the bible says, there will be a great falling away. It*doesn't*matter what denomination, if you leave your faith, in believing in the Lord, and Savior Jesus Christ, then it is a falling away from your faith.*Doesn't*need to be in the church, but we need to be in prayer, for Jesus is the Temple that he said, he will raise up in 3 days, after his death. Where ever we pray, it is our church, a place where we worship, Thank and give honor to the Father God.
The Vatican can say whatever they want they are not the authority on Christianity, personally I disagree its not evil its only evil if you make it evil. My niece is 6 and is dressing up as a princess and is going to go trick or treating and is very excited(Shudder) yes truly evil:b
Actually, only the Conference of Exorcists made this declaration. The Vatican itself has made no such official statement.

That would be Jesus and he has yet to make it known to me halloween is evil, halloween is not about witchcraft its about little kids dressing up going door to door getting free candy so Im sorry to say this is not the authority from the Lord this your view on it.
I seek God all day everyday, I am always listening for him and open to his voice I enjoy his rebuke because it teaches my heart to be humble and his ways. So if it was evil and if it was displeasing to him that I celebrate it trust me he would not hesitate to let me know. I do not rebuke the word of the Lord and I don't appreciate you saying that about me, what I do rebuke however is people forcing their views and saying its truth and from God when it isn't its merely their belief on the subject

It says that it is opening a door to satan, and that satan is very real. This is what the bible says. This is not my opionions, but what the word says, it was said truthfully by them that at this time there are satanists, and animal sacrifices killings, etc. If you think this is not against the word it is. I was wondering why you have no breakthrough in all the prayer requests of struggling in your spirit. Now I know because it's been revealed. The word tells us not to have anything to do with the occult, wizards, witches fortune tellers, soothsayers, this is just like they said, an initiation to the occult. Halloween is a day of pure evil. Think about it Hallow means to be empty. To celebrate the day means that your saying im honored to be empty. This definition came straight from God to Jesus through the Holy Ghost, to me. Thank you for the post.
Theonly thing I was offended by what you said was that you said I rebuke the word of God. The bible says nothing about halloween it talks of witchcraft sorcery and such but halloween is not about that its about kids and candy. And you know nothing of why my prayers are not answered when I ask them, you seem to think you know how my relationship with God is and about my prayer life from a simple disagreement. You had no problem with me at all until I disagreed with you about this subject, what does that say? anyways this is the news forum not the bible discussion forum so I will not further the debate with you but a little friendly advice its best you don't assume things that you have no idea about

Can I say that God rains on the Just as Well as the Unjust and provides your every need. God doesn't answer every prayer. Just because you pray about something doesn't mean God has to do it. I can agree that Halloween is demonic. If you can show me scripture where it says its okay to do this then I will defiantly indulge. But as far as The whole prayer thing, I must say it depends on your relationship with God and one must remember God is not a respecter of persons.

The Vatican could be all mixed up about a lot of things. But a lot of things are rightly said. Abortion is wrong, this article is*against*it. Yes they mix things up, but so do a lot of churches, that are not catholic, what's happening in those that bring life snakes in, and get bitten and drop dead which has*happened*to father and son, the father died, the homosexual preachers, preaching Jesus every Sunday, and going with the same sex. The bible said this. The two shall become one, 1plus 1 never made one, as in same gender, the two, male and female. I'm not sticking up for the theology of the Catholic church, but when something that is said is true, it is true when it is not *it is not. I agree with it, that's it. Have *a good nite.

Peace be with your sir. I don't go by the definitions of a dictionary. I go by the definition God gives me, I know the word I heard. God was trying to get the point across that its an empty day your honoring the devil and his works. You don't have to believe anything but, Peace be with you.
