I woke up feeling like nothing sounded good to eat, so I got up and ate cerial with my angel of a daughter. Though she always makes me smile with the new personality she's coming up with, I felt sick to my stomach.
If the stomach says nothing sounds good, the stomach means it. I should've known this.
Gotta love morning sickness :D

I've now been whacked in the head/face by small children (mostly accidentally) so many times I think my brain came loose.

And then I forgot I was wearing mascara and rubbed my eye. I had a brief moment of panic, then thought "the heck with it" and rubbed the other one too. Raccoon eyes...it's a fashion statement.

Have you ever had a headache for so long that you can't remember what it felt like to NOT have one?
...me too.

On a positive note...I think I have the supplies to build a small catapult. Sweet.

How small are we talkin', Miss Cris? I mean, small enough to propel the neighbor's cat?

When you get the props to build a LARGE catapult (human-sized), be sure to give me a call.

Um, no particular reason, really. :D (Hey, regular airfare is a such a hassle nowadays... I wonder what kind of security line they'd invent for catapults...)

At the computer lab, creeping on another person's monitor because they're watching anime hahaha. It's actually pretty good, though the premise is odd. It's a sports anime about bicycling.

Try Rideback. Not the manga, the anime.

We got a new credit card machine at work. You have to swipe the credit card with the magnetic strip facing left, instead of right like you did with the old machine. It just took me THREE SOLID WEEKS to stop swiping the darn things backwards.

Credit card machines in India have always required the magnetic strip to be on the left. Y'all Americans are slow.

P.S. What's a solid week?

In other news.. I need something to keep me awake at work. I was up until 2 am watching a soccer match. I feel tired but I have a lot of work to do for today. I may have to survive on Red Bull today.

I just saw something called the Jesus Birther Movement...

It's basically a "movement" claiming Jesus never existed, stacking up all this evidence about it, and blah blah blah...

I just want to know why people even attack Jesus and Christianity? Obviously beyond that stupid Westboro Baptist church, most Christians are harmless. Believing in Jesus is harmless. We believe in loving others and doing good works. And if Jesus was just a fairytale, why do they have to be so adamant about Jesus being a fake and being bent on bringing others down with them?

Hopefully its just a spoof of the obama birther moevment. If anyone ever questions if Jesus was real, just ask them what year it is and then tell them that the year is based on Jesus's birth (the year after he was born was year 1). They can google it too.

I think there is a fine line between faith and proof. There are some things we can prove and there are some things we can only believe. I am not referring to the question posted on this website, but I am referring to some other FAQs - Was the earth created in six 24-hour days? Is Jesus seated at the right hand of the Father today? Is the Holy Spirit real? I remember that Tintin had posted a question on a similar topic a couple of months earlier.

The only way we can accept these sentences is through faith. For faith, we need to personally experience Jesus, to believe the Word of God and to believe in His existence. We need to personally experience the working of the Holy Spirit in our lives, to believe that He is real. Salvation, healing, deliverance, character transformation, communion with God, etc. all can be experienced by anybody who comes to Jesus with an open mind.
