Crushes in cc?

I keep trying to read the entire forum and each time seems like it gets longer quit moving it LOL

No crushes....but then again, I'm hardly around anymore. *le sigh* but I'm totally not one for beating around the bush if I do have one. Even if nothing comes of it, I know it sure makes me feel great to know that someone thinks I'm cool enough to be crushed on, so why not tell someone that I like?! :D

I knew it! If even Mr. Completely Oblivious (me) could see something between you two (or the others), there was something there. Good on you, mate! :D

Catlynn, I have no doubt in my mind that you have/have had many a gentleman admirer on CC.

I wouldn't dare pursue any of you guys. You all know I don't want to get married, and you are all proverbs 31 wife material.....sooo, where could that possibly go? I'm perfectly happy just admiring you guys from afar :P.

In the 4 years I've been here, I've had a few crushes. Only got to talk to a couple of them. Now I have a "real life" crush. Because I just discovered CC is not real life according to other CCers :(. (Now this is the real Matrix!!)

It seems real enough to me.
 
I did once, a very long time ago in ancient CC days (2005) back when this site was nothing more than a simple chat room and the forum wasn't here yet. I had a different username, and we were both 19. We were best friends for a time and he lived in a different country. Our friendship was intense and we really clicked, but he never saw me as more than just a friend. So I hid my feelings, even from myself, as best I could. But I was guilty of crushing on him secretly. We eventually parted ways and matured and got our own lives. I still occasionally think of him to this day. But looking back it wouldn't have worked out anyway....
