Fish in buckets not in pictures. Fruit in pictures might be ok but coffee goes in cups.

Bound to happen when you start reading a paraphrase like the Living Bible thingie. Almost as bad as the bible that Ben Franklin wrote or edited.

I'm pretty sure the herring has to be plain only.

(Pickling would compromise its purity.)

After all, I'm sure that only the most "blameless and spotless" herring would be allowed.

Please give the verse, chapter and book, Fenner.

The Living Bible has a lot of inaccuracies and stuff that is just wrong! I was reading it about or 6 years ago and kept finding stuff I had never heard of. When I compared them with more literal translation it was like in a totally different ball park, or maybe comparing baseball to hockey. Or football to modern art.

After about the third time that happened, I gave up reading the Living Bible and never touched it again.

We had hush puppies when we were visiting in the south. We had to ask the waitress what they were, and she treated us like we must be from another planet to have never heard of Hush Puppies. And what does this have to do with the shoe, anyway?

she can fry the fish, tourist can bring the tartar sauce and lemon wedges,
JIA can take care of whatever hushpuppies are,
and we will all wait hand and foot on our sister Fenner. :)
