Re: The Rapture Could Be Now!

1. It is Gods tribulation, not satans.
2. God meets us in the air, he does not come.. so it is not a coming. Thus one does not have to show you a coming BEFORE great tribulation.
Yep.
God even made it a no brainer so we would be ready for him instaed of looking and waiting for the AC.

Thats faulty reasoning.

All those peopel who died died because they rejected the word and warning of God as given through noah.

If they would not listen to their relative (noah) what makes you think they would listen to God.

They were left behind because they were not Gods children.
No,you assume much.
God's children die in the GT,every last one. All die.

They were left behind because they were not Gods children
Really? what part of the sky did you pull that statement from?

The Trump Of GOD is the last Trump, the Seventh Trump. The Seventh Trump is the end of this age and the beginning of The LORD'S Day. That means no rapture.
Where do you trump guys place this trump?".......... and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,.."

Was that the 1st,the last,or the 100th?

Thats not true at all. I am not assuming anything.

Jesus returns for the sake of the elect (his children) because if he did not. there would be non left.

Not to mention. He also promises to procect Israel, who will all be saved.

Really? what part of the sky did you pull that statement from?
Do you even read the bible? Why do you think God sent the flood. and only 8 were saved. Only 8 received Gods word and received.

You need to study more my friend.

Actually, it is Satan's Great Tribulation. Locate a "coming" in the air before the Tribulation then.

Re: The Rapture Could Be Now!

I have never heard or read anywhere the specific phrase "the children are picked up by the school bus "before" school starts".

Therefore we must conclude inspite of the obvious that either there is no bus or that they are gathered after school.

Remove the pretrib verses (as I have said) and pooof! postrib magically appears

You have zero postrib verses. None.
Really??? Zero Post Trib verses???

Let's see if you can follow the chronological order within Matthew 24:

[SUP]21 [/SUP]For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.

[SUP]29 [/SUP]“Immediately after the tribulation of those days...

...and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. [SUP]31 [/SUP]And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds
...

Were you able to follow the order??

How about here?

2 Thes 2:

Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him...

for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed...

Did you locate it here?? Concerning the coming of Jesus (that day) will not come unless... the man of sin is revealed.

How about here?

Dan 7:

[SUP]21 [/SUP]“I was watching; and the same horn was making war against the saints, and prevailing against them, [SUP]22 [/SUP]until the Ancient of Days came, and a judgment was made in favor of the saints of the Most High, and the time came for the saints to possess the kingdom.

What do we have here? Satan waging war (Great Tribulation) against the Saints and prevailing UNTIL when???

There are three very clear passages locating the timing as AFTER the Tribulation. So, I ask again, give me one passage that locates it before.

Actually, no it is not. It is called the time of God's wrath, The time of Jacobs trouble.

As for coming in the air. you have seen it.. Whether you believe it or not is not up to me. thats up to you.

The Tribulation is NOT called God's Wrath. It is called the Great Tribulation. The Great Tribulation Period is the 4th seal of Revelation 6. It is called the Great Tribulation for a reason and that reason is the saints are persecuted, deceived and killed by the bushel by Satan. God's wrath comes after the Tribulation and in response to it.

Jacob's trouble is not from God either. This is again Satan persecuting and killing Jews by the boat load. God does not kill his own. He allows it as He allows everything but it is Satan doing it. Do you think God was behind Hitler's slaughter of 6 million Jews??? If not, why would God be behind an even bigger slaughter by the Man of Sin (AKA by you as AntiChrist)?

Coming up in the air???? Sure, when God returns. But when does God return?? Any idea??

1 Cor 15:50-54

50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

Just read the passage mentioned (notice v.50) and put it together with (1 Thes 4:13-17). Where else do you think the scriptures teaches us other then in the air, between heaven and earth? There is a descension and a resurrection that takes place and it meets together in the air. That constitutes a gathering and at that gathering people are changed in their bodies and rewards are given based upon those things done in their body when on the earth, both of the living and the dead that are raise up. This is what (1 Cor 3:13-15) is speaking to along with (1 Cor 15:40-49). I know of no place that Jesus spoke of this when on the earth nor did any of the OT prophets. This came to the apostle Paul by revelation from Jesus Christ and given to the church and body of Christ.

In 1Cor 15:52 Paul said the dead in Christ shall be raised incorruptible. That says to me that they come out of the grave incorruptible. Anyway, I was just wondering why you thought it "must" be in the air.

Revelation is largely about the development and reign of the 7th Beast Empire (4th mentioned by Daniel). This Beast Empire is founded on the False Religion of Islam.

Fourth Seal: The Great Tribulation:

[SUP]7 [/SUP]When He opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature saying, “Come and see.” [SUP]8 [/SUP]So I looked, and behold, a pale horse. And the name of him who sat on it was Death, and Hades followed with him. And power was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, with hunger, with death, and by the beasts of the earth.

We then see the Martyred Saints killed during the Great Tribulation at the 5th Seal crying out for vengeance.

Fifth Seal: The Cry of the Martyrs:

[SUP]9 [/SUP]When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. [SUP]10 [/SUP]And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” [SUP]11 [/SUP]Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.

We see from Mat 24 that the Tribulation is over.

[SUP]29 [/SUP]“Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

The above ties perfectly with the below from Rev 6.

Sixth Seal Beginning:

[SUP]12 [/SUP]I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. [SUP]13 [/SUP]And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. [SUP]14 [/SUP]Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place.

Now here comes the Wrath of the Lamb...

Sixth Seal Continued: Wrath of the Lamb:

[SUP]15 [/SUP]And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders[SUP],[/SUP] the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, [SUP]16 [/SUP]and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! [SUP]17 [/SUP]For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

And why is the Lamb angry??? It isn't because He or His Father was putting the world through Great Tribulation slaughtering and killing their own believers. No, it's because Satan was doing this.

The Trumpets provide more detail about the Terrible BEAST empire. The Bowls provide more detail about God's Wrath which is poured out in response against Satan and his evil ISLAMIC (False Religion) Empire.

I'm not sure what phrase you're referring to, but the Scriptures nowhere teach that the church will be raptured away before the Tribulation

Hey Butch, I think it's because he doesn't realize that the word air, AER in Greek, doesn't mean the sky, it means breath or alive, breathing or living, having breath.

"Caught up alive" would be a better way in English to say it.

The AC murders all believers.
No postrib rapture or resurrection. Not at all possible.

Think of Noah's inlaws and relatives....all died
His son's inlaws...............................all died
No postrib nothing w/ Noah.....nothing,no rapture,no heavenly kingdom
The analogy w/ noah is pretrib
What are you talking about?

The catholics wiped out entire christian cultures and their writings leaving the "church history showcasers" with catholic doctrine.
No wonder the catholics also lie about Mcdonald,1830's etc. and would of course label pretrib as heresy.

Using unreliable extrabiblical resources is the low road to biblical truth.
If you had followed the other thread you would know that the writings I am referring to were written "Before" there was a Catholic Church. The Catholic Church wasn't even a thought when these writings were written. However, it is amazing how many modern Christians seem to think the early Christians were all wrong but somehow modern Christians couldn't possibly be wrong. Actually, you'd be surprised at just how much Catholic theology you actually believe that is not part of the Christian faith.

It amazes me that some will cherry pick what parts of the "ancients" fit their "cause" and use it despite the clarity one can find in the scripture itself.

Some say "nowhere did the early church teach/ascribe to a pretrib rapture".
many have shown this to be reckless desperation.
It goes beyond that,in the modern display of new errors that are simply resurrected old error of the early church.
I can easily defend the pretrib rapture without the mental baggage of the first churches falacy that they saw the AC in ad 70 when Jerusalem fell. (birthing the "historicist" erroneous viewpoint ) illustrating how the safe haven of ancient minds is actually shaky ground.
And ,yes,we should ask ourselves at this point "how many writings of the early church that believed in the biblical account of a pretrib rapture were in fact burned along with their writers"?
Catholics to this day also falsely cite the "writings of the ancients were postrib"(mcdonald, lahaye and other non issue wackyness).....which BTW is no coincidence.

Then you are left with other undefendable options, which to me are not viable options.
factor in the bride/ groom ingredient and the FACT that AC kills every human on the planet refusing the mark, plus the times of the gentiles being fulfilled........just to name a few that are off the table for some strange reason
