Do you have any scripture to go along with your thoughts, brother...?

Too much quatations, brother, is not good style. Also acctually the thought is not entirely mine, so besides the Scriptures I were out to refer different places from the fathers.

Is not enough the main idea??? The major point not even substitution of the angelic places (the thing severeal fathers of church also wrote about), but the incarnation of the Lord, through which Creator and the creature had been united, and the Deity had but discovered in the best manner.

I'm not sure that I follow your train of thought on a few of your comments...perhaps in the translation.....that is why I would like to see what scriptures spurred these ideas...thanks...

Ok, brother: 1) by Whom all things were made
2) Whose Kingdom shall have no end

Taken out of this:
I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth and of all things visible and invisible. And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the only-begotten, begotten of the Father before all ages. Light of light; true God of true God; begotten, not made; of one essence with the Father, by Whom all things were made; Who for us men and for our salvation came down from Heaven, and was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary, and became man. And He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, and suffered, and was buried. And the third day He arose again, according to the Scriptures, and ascended into Heaven, and sits at the right hand of the Father; and He shall come again with glory to judge the living and the dead; Whose Kingdom shall have no end.
And in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Giver of Life, Who proceeds from the Father; Who with the Father and the Son together is worshipped and glorified; Who spoke by the prophets.
In one Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church. I acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins. I look for the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come. Amen.

Looking back on here I see a bit of err in my previous statement here. Not only was man created most good by God, but I forgot love to my error and I see now how that is most important. This year and website has been beneficial. Love is a major factor in excellence, look as Jesus say love God and love your neighbor. From there is all true wisdom. I think here to answer the title question really, if man is made to only love God and his neighbor, that is very excellent.

Sorry, I disagree. If Satan hadn't sinned, and a third of the angels, I believe God still would have made humans. Humans still could have chosen between right and wrong, even without Satan tempting them to- just as Satan sinned without mankind tempting him to. We still would have had freewill, and eventually still would have made the wrong choice.

The reason Satan cannot repent and receive forgiveness, even if he wanted to, is because once you see the face of God with sin on you, you die forever. The reason we will be able to look upon the face of God without dying is because Jesus washed our sins away (hallelujah). But once you sin after seeing God face to face there is no longer any hope for you. We have something that the angels do not have- the covering of Christ's blood- Who never sinned. And if we die still having it, it will cover us forever. This is why, in the garden, the angel with flaming sword protected the tree of life- that man may not eat of it and live forever with sin.

We know from the Book of Revelation, that there was war in Heaven involving Satan and His angels.

Satan was the first creature to sin...and since sin cannot exist in the presence of God, Satan and his angels had to be expelled to a created place that had a time limit attached to it, to allow for repentance....i.e. the Universe.

The Universe was created for the conquest of the real 'original sin' of Satan - which occurred before the creation of time as we know it.

Revelation informs the reader that the fallen angels (i.e. demons) are in search of 1/3 of mankind in order to fulfill the required number.

To me this makes the most sense as to why humans are here in the first place - to fulfill the 1/3 of fallen angels requirement....of which must have been a very large number as it is still being fulfilled, apparently.

Careful attention can be given to the passages of Revelation which describe the demons as horses prepared for battle and the human riders on them (i.e. the demon possessed humans).

It would appear that it is too late for Satan and his fallen angels to repent....but no so for humans which choose not to ride the demon horse.

Regarding the face-to-face encounter with God, that seems to point to seeing God The Father, face-to-face, and not being to live physically.

As we know thousands of people throughout the OT and NT saw God face-to-face on earth and lived to tell about it...

God’s Purpose for the Earth and Mankind
GOD created the earth to be mankind’s perfect home. His Word states: “To God the heavens belong, but the earth he has given to the sons of men.”—Psalm 115:16.
Before he created the first man, Adam, God chose one small part of the earth called Eden and there planted a beautiful garden. The Scriptures state that the Euphrates and Tigris (Hiddekel) rivers had their source in Eden. The garden of Eden is thought to have been located in what is now eastern Turkey. Yes, the garden of Eden really did exist on earth!
God created Adam and settled him in the garden of Eden “to cultivate it and to take care of it.” (Genesis 2:15) Later, God created a wife for Adam—Eve. God commanded the couple: “Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth and subdue it.” (Genesis 1:28) Clearly, God “did not create [the earth] simply for nothing, [but] formed it even to be inhabited.”—Isaiah 45:18.
Adam and Eve, however, rebelled against God by deliberately breaking his law. God therefore put them out of the garden of Eden. Paradise was lost. And the damage caused by Adam’s sin went further. The Scriptures tell us: “Through one man sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned.”—Romans 5:12.

But then...the very next verse describes death and dying.....hardly a 'perfect home', right...?

Only after countless billions of plants and animals had already been born and died.

The serpent committed the original sin and then caused mankind to do likewise....

My belief Man was created for Sin. Angles were created sinless, who knew not sin (experience) but yet sinned.Adam and Eve were created sinless, who knew not sin ( full grown adults) yet sinned when tempted.(test) Man according to the Word: Hebrews 2:7 Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands:Hebrews 2:9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
Adam and Eve were instructed by God:Genesis 1:27-28 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. before they sinned.
God does not want sin to committed again in Heaven, those who have been redeemed has experienced sin.
My belief is Gods original plan for Adam and Eve will be fulfilled in: Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

Do you even hear what you're saying?

The most likely scenario is that the entire Universe was created to provide an opportunity for redemption of these fallen angels, as a place to occupy flesh until their number is fulfilled. When their number is fulfilled, (i.e. the third) then God’s purpose for this Universe will have been completed.

This is silly and there's no evidence for such a belief. Fallen angels can't be redeemed. They had their chance and they were in the very presence of God, in His throne room. Here's a nutty idea: let's take what the Bible says as Truth. The Bible says the universe and everything in it was created for the glory of the Lord and we were created to worship Him, walk with Him and enjoy His creation. Also, to govern and produce offspring to enjoy and love God. I'm going with that option.

Thus….I feel that we owe our whole existence to the original fall of Satan and his angels. Without this fall, we would not have even needed to be born.

What an odd conclusion.

On the contrary, ''then He will draw all things unto him'' .... '' He shall restore all things'' ..... ''And every thing on the Earth and the sea and all within them will sing joyous praise to Him'' .... etc etc etc. These kinds of verses describing God's ultimate aims seem to be why there are so many advocates of ultimate reconciliation.

I don't see why this view should be considered any less credible than yours, given that belief should be gleaned from the bible and solely the bible, and these verses are in the bible ....

Can you tell me why, tangibly, such a viewpoint has less merit than yours?

I agree! God 'is' love, John said, and He wanted an object of that Love to Love Him and those that would willingly love Him and to love what he loves. He calls His Church His Bride, though I imagine that's hard for men to feel as comfortable with as the women do, but it'll be understandable to us when we're with Him ... it's just metaphorical as becoming One with Him.

The Word of God is a Love Story and I wouldn't want to see it any other way. Becoming one with Him and those others that Love Him, in my mind, is a very-very wonderful plan that He had and the Joy of it can be over-whelming at times. I can't wait ... no more tears, no more pain, no more debating, fighting, struggling with anger & sin, etc. etc.. It will be WONDERFUL -- Amazing -- the Best Plan ever! I Love it!

yes, ChristIsGod,

this 'love-story' that has been presented to us is 'very, very, wonderful indeed,
the most wonderful thing that has ever been in a Christian's reality.

for us to be loved above all that our Father has created is beyond our total
comprehension as of now, but oh my, when we shall see Him as He is,
that will be a fulfilling that will make our cups run over!

and then, after we are united with Him, how glorious is it to even imagine?
His love is truly over-whelming!!

like it is written:
1COR.2:9.
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man,
the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
