Who Are The Angels?

We are the angels. We are in flesh bodies at this point in time due to what happened to cause all of this, but we were angels before and we will be angels again:

In order for GOD to know Jeremiah before he was formed in the belly, Jeremiah had to be somewhere.

Jer 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

This angel says he was one of the prophets. There is no such thing as an angel prophet. Only men were prophets (Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, etc.).

Rev 22:8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
Rev 22:9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.

Angels are and were powerful beings, and that is what we were before coming here in the flesh. That is what we will be again when we are changed into that spirit body that is described in 1st Corinthians chapter fifteen.

"angels" are "malakim" or messengers.

THEN there are the sons of Yah and the sons of gods....

The angels were created all at one time and are as numerous as the stars and are also considered the son's of God as they are all males and do not have wings. Only the cherubim and the Seraphim are said to have wings. They son's of God saw the daughters of men and took them as wives and giants were born, men of renown and lion like men. These are the fallen angels that threw in their lot with Lucifer as he persuade 1/3 of the angels.

First off, We are NOT angels. We are different from them because we were created after God's image(Gen.1:26, Gen 3:22). Human has a soul while angel has no soul.

There 5 divisions of angels in heaven namely:

1 seraphims (isaiah 6 whole chapter)= these angels have 6 wings. they are Declaring the glory of God by saying " Holy, Holy, Holy ". u can read the whole verse i gave u about them.

2 Cherubims ( Ezekiel 1:1-10, Gen.3:24) = Also involved in the worship and praised of God. Cherubs are the angels which first mentioned in the bible. Each of them had four faces- that of a man,a lion, an ox, and an eagle. Each had four wings. They are protecting the Glory.

3 Living Creatures (Revelation 4 whole chapter). there are only 4 of them mentioned in the Bible. they were covered with eyes , in front and in the back. the first " living creatures " was like a lion, the 2nd was like an ox, the 3rd had a face like a man, the forth was like a flying eagle. each of them had six wings also and were covered also with eyes even under of its wings. Somewhat similar to cherubims and seraphims and yet they are different, combination between the seraphims and cherubims.

4 Arcangels (Rev 1 whole chapter, Daniel 10:13)= they are the chief angels, leading angels, warring angels, and messenger angels. There are three Arcangels mentioned in the bible such as Lucifer, Michael, and Gabriel. one of them as we knew has fallen already. Among of these three, Lucifer was the only unique arc angel who had two position in heaven. He had a position as an arcangel and the other one is a Cherub. the bible said he's also an anointed cherub(Ezekiel 28:14).

5 Angels or common angels (Gen 18: 1-19, Joshua 5:13-14)= They have NO wings, they appeared as young men in the bible. they are wingless angels. Actually there are many verses in the bible about them.

Hi there!

In order to understand if we as humans were or will become angels, we need to first know what the soul is. One scripture I'd like to share with you is:

Genesis 2:7 - "God proceeded to form the man out of dust from the ground and to blow into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man came to be a living soul."

Notice that this doesn't say that man was given a soul but that he became a soul, a living person. So we as living humans are a soul. There is no separation as many people believe. A few other scriptures that show this are:

Psalm 146:4 - "His spirit goes out, he returns to the ground; on that very day his thoughts do perish.

Ecclesiastes 9: 5,10 - "The living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all... Whatever your hand finds to do, do with all your might, for there is no work nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom in the Grave, where you are going."

So these verses are showing us our condition when we die. If our soul continued on after death it wouldn't make sense for the scriptures to say "our thoughts perish" or "the dead know nothing at all". However, then it might sound depressing. The thought would be, "Well if people simply fall asleep in death along with their soul, what hope is there?" I'd like to share these encouraging verses with you in conclusion.

John 5:28, 29 - "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."

Acts 24:15 "There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.

The scriptures talk about a time when all those who have passed will be resurrected. But not resurrected to heaven, rather, here on earth forever in paradise conditions as God originally intended it to be when he created the first man and woman.

Psalm 37:29 - "The righteous will possess the earth, and they will live forever on it."

Isaiah 35:5,6- "At that time the eyes of the blind will be opened, and the ears of the deaf will be unstopped. 6- At that time the lame will leap like the deer, and the tongue of the speechless will shout for joy. For waters will burst forth in the wilderness, and streams in the desert plain.

Revelation 21:3,4 - With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: "Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. 4- And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.

I hope this was encouraging to you!

Who Are The Angels?

We are the angels. We are in flesh bodies at this point in time due to what happened to cause all of this, but we were angels before and we will be angels again: This is not Biblical.

In order for GOD to know Jeremiah before he was formed in the belly, Jeremiah had to be somewhere. Yes, in the spiritual realm.

Jer 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. This is GOD speaking, not Jerimiah.

This angel says he was one of the prophets. There is no such thing as an angel prophet. Only men were prophets (Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, etc.). Just WHERE does an angel say that he, the angel is a prophet? Give specific verse(s)

Rev 22:8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
Rev 22:9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship WHat is your point here? It does not prove anything other than that angels are also servants fo the Most High God, as are we humans.

Angels are and were powerful beings, and that is what we were before coming here in the flesh. This is BOGUS, not Biblical at all. That is what we will be again when we are changed into that spirit body that is described in 1st Corinthians chapter fifteen.
NO! Scripture says we will be LIKE the angels, not that we will BE angels.

You are not understanding what you read correctly. It would be wise to study and counsel with mature Chrisitians so that you don't get caught in satan's web of misconception. It would also benefit you to purchase a Concordance so that you can look up the exact meaning of word in scriptural text.

And FYI...no one was saved "in the last age", per your Bio. Scripture is VERY CLEAR in stating that every saved person will no exactly WHEN they became saved as it is a WILLFUL ACT of acceptance of Christ as Savior and a purposeful COMMITTING of oneself to Him.

You have been mislead to believe otherwise.

The angels are beings of Spirit. We cannot define them since they are, literally, not of our material world. To say Angels take up space or have bodies of any kind is mere speculation. All we know of them is that there are some who are loyal to God, the majority, and some whom have rebelled and fallen.

An angel is a messenger of God, so one does not have to be a powerful, glowing being with wings up in heaven to be called an angel. The revelation letters were written to the angel of the church, this means the minister who delivered God's message to the people in that congregation. But human souls are not heavenly angels put into human bodies. Let me show you...

Jesus was made lower than the angels because He took on human form (Hebrews 2:7). Therefore, on the earth, humans are lower than angels. But someday we will judge angels (1 Corinthians 6:3). We will be higher than the angels because we will be sons of the most high God. (I say sons, but I should have said children, because there will no longer be male or female, and like angels we will not marry). But the fact that when all is said and done there will still be two groups- angels and children of God, this shows we are not the same beings.

Technically, Christians are already not of this world, and are already children of God (whether or not they remain that way till death). Some people think that, in Genesis 6, that heavenly angels had sex with human women and created giants. but the next verses show they are human sons of God marrying outlandish women. And because of this God shortened their years down to 120, when Adam and others lived over 900 years.

When the apostles questioned Jesus about their importance in heaven, He asked them if they were willing to suffer the same as He would, and He answered them that indeed they would. This implies that the more you suffer for God, the more important you will be in heaven. Another time Jesus also mentioned this- showing that on earth the one being served is more important than the one serving, but in heaven it is the one who served is more important. Many men might seem more important being the head of the house now, but the wife that serves is in God's eyes, unless you have a really humble husband who also serves. Angels are not tried and tested as we are. We are made in God's own image, we are His children, they are only His servants. Be careful though, it was the attitude of wanting to be more important, and a lack of humility that caused Satan to fall from heaven.

Satan is an angel, the highest angel in heaven. He can appear as an angel of light, He was the leader of praise and worship. He rebelled and took 1\3 of the angels with him as they were under his lead and Earth in my opinion was under his authority as well. Which is why God planted man here and will ultimately set His throne here. To drive home the point that he is God and no other. I said it is my opinion.

I believe Earth came under the dominion of Satan when we sinned. Thus Satan's claim on this world is a legal one. Though He will eventually learn that legality or not, The True King has come and restored mankind. This world is no longer Satan's, but ours through the Lord's intervention. Thus we should be disgusted that this "punk" thinks he is the prince of this world, when the King's Bride and the Father's heirs have risen to reclaim what is rightfully theirs.

I in my opinion Think that Lucifer had reign over this Earth and had some beings living here and in my opinion when he rebelled against God, that these being threw in their lot with Him. Which is why Lucifer is so adamant to winning the Earth. It was his and God gave it to man. So He hates man so much that he wants to kill us and the reason why He seduced Adam to betray Gods word. It is my Opinion.

I think he's so adamant to winning the earth is because it's the only thing he can/could have through us. My opinion - not any better than your opinion might I add :)

Satan WAS the highest angel in heaven...but having been kicked out, he no longer is allowed in God's domain. When he meets with God, it is not in His domain, but outside of that 'area', as in court...per Job, there is not indication that Satan entered heaven to meet with God, but only that he presented himself to the Lord. Because there can be no evil in heaven, we can know that the meeting did not take place there.

Isayah 14:13-16, "For you have said in your heart; I will ascend above the heavens; I will raise my throne above the stars of Yahweh. I will sit in the highest place on the holy mountain of the congregation. I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High. Yet you will be brought down to Sheol; the grave, to the sides of the pit. Those who see you will stare at you, and they will talk about you, saying; Is this the one; the adversary, who shook the earth, and made kingdoms tremble?"

Wasn't there a war in heaven when Lucifer rebelled against God and he was expelled along with a third of the angels? If this is true that it seems that heaven was the first place where evil took place.
