Cold is easier to take than hot. With cold you can add layers until you're warm again. Might not be able to move much, but you can stay warm.

And when it gets hot outside you see a lot of guys mowing their yards without a shirt on. And some of them REALLY need to put on a shirt, no matter how hot it is. >.<

Cold can be overcome with more clothes. You can only take off so much before you get arrested though
. :p

This assumption is based on public indecency laws, not personal experience

I have a plastic grocery bag hanging inside one of the cabinet doors in which to store other grocery bags. They're super handy for all kinds of stuff. Just now, I reached into the main bag and tried to extract just one of these super handy used grocery bags.

I grabbed hold of one, and managed to pull out nine. Bags inside of bags inside bags...it's like Inception in there.

Maybe it's time for a grocery bag dispenser?

Granted: Those are a little gaudy, but you get the idea. :p There are also more distinguished-looking plastic dispensers.

Some of the videos I've been seeing from our far north brothers and sisters have been pretty amazing to me who lives in a warm climate.

Gusty ice cold winds blowing snow and sleet on icy roads banked with deep snow banks have been among them.

But then, how'd you like to wake up and go outside on your porch with a cup of coffee to see this:

I really need to get better at reading email senders before the subject lines. I received an email that said, "You've been waiting for this" only to realize it came from Pizza Hut. :(

This really isn't a break down or anything but I just don't feel..very..bright. I've always been somewhat of a ditz and when I'm learning something it takes longer to absorb into my brain. What some people can remember quickly I'm there twice as long, maybe even three times longer trying to memorize it.

I have so many questions about life, mainly from the bible. I've had so many questions for different people I think they get annoyed maybe even they feel I'm trying to fight with them if I disagree because I have another question about that specific topic we are discussing.

I don't know you, but I VERY much doubt you are a ditz! Primarily because you can compose sentences and paragraphs that make sense. Many, many people can't do that.

It sounds like you just learn differently. Maybe you don't absorb by reading and you need to hear the information? I have a friend of mine who knits while she listens to sermons. She remembers much better that way. Play around, see what works best for you.

You aren't a ditz!

Hey JesusMyOnly,

I think we've all been there. The Bible certainly isn't an easy read. It can drive you up the wall when you are searching for revelation, and struggle with just the basic comprehension. I don't know how encouraging this sounds, but I still have those problems all the time too. :) I think you are on the right path though. I think that's why the Lord gave us elders, leaders, and teachers to help us. I'm like you, sometimes I feel like a burden when I have a ton of questions. I just try and let them know that I am coming to them after much prayer and in love. I hope this is a little bit encouraging that it certainly isn't a YOU problem or a case of you being a "ditz." Or else, I am one too. :)

Film documentaries ranting about the evils of (insert big company here.) Ugh.

Though I do have one thing against Wal-Mart. They put local bakeries out of business and Wal-Mart's bakery is not as good as what they put out of business. I'd love to have one real bakery somewhere within driving distance of here. Just one. I'd keep it in business all by myself if I could.

Yeah, I don't care. Lots of things are evil, lots of things are horrible for the economy, the church, our health, etc. I just want Jesus to come back. That's what I'm worried about.

I'm not going to argue with you about this though. It's merely an expression of my opinion. Please don't start crap.
