Well, I just enrolled into the online dog training course. I really hope I get somewhere with this. It looks like it'll be a good program for me to work with, because I've worked with a similar course layout before when I was in high school and I took forensic science class. It was usually pretty easy for me to understand.

I better get some sleep if I can so that way I can wake up at a decent time tomorrow. I might have to break the caffeine fast tomorrow, not sure yet...it'll depend how much sleep I can get in tonight.

When someone goes to this extent, I think it goes beyond story telling.

sorry, but i saw that coming a mile away. i can't think of another (hetero) guy who would willingly play along with a charade like that for more than about .3 seconds.

There's this one lock of hair that keeps springing into my eyeball, like some sort of weird reminder of the way my mind works.

welcome to my world! : D

I guess there's a reason that one of my nickname's in high school was 'Gullible's Travels'.

My child lost in the woods as a toddler, in the dark , no one there besides her new puppy , screaming her name over and over with no response , as police and fireman and rescue squads began searching still nothing , as then i the mother , so hopeless, lost inside my thoughts , not know how or what to think , she's my baby she can't be gone , 8 hours into the search , holding the dog toy they found that she was playing with earlier that evening , my soul seemed empty , I was lost , I wasn't a person I was just there , my baby that's all I could manage to speak , police telling me I cant look or yell her name anymore , the search dogs sniff her belonging to try and find her , daylight breaks , 10 hours a little girl 2 years of age lost in thousand acres of woods , my Babygirl!!!! The crowd of people began to disappear, they started losing hope , it was written on their faces that they was no longer looking for alive little girl , they search pods near by and rivers for my daughter!!!!! They was the only hope I had and they had no faith in believing she was alive
Except for one man !!! Jesus!!!! Who had given a near by neighbor faith , after searching all night he went to rest ( his words , I couldn't sleep something told me that the little girl is out there and I need to find her ) so he had went back to where they last seen her tiny footprints and kept walking and walking and listing until he thought he heard a tiny cry , he stop and said , mommys looking for you baby , he then heard a little girl screaming out for her mommy, he look over and seen her setting on a rock along with her puppy at the end of the creek 2 miles out in the woods , she was then reunited with me !!!!! Her mother !!!!! My baby !!!!
This was not a dream this was real !!!! Miracles are real !!!!
My daughter was found after 13 hours of being lost in the woods and was unharmed only minor scratches she is truly a blessing!!!!

Amazing!!! Did this happen now?

Actually I thought the gay-marriage thing was a prank. Or did it turn serious at some stage? Or is it still a prank?

Actually I was waiting for the punch line. In giving him the benefit of the doubt, I was half wondering when he was gonna let us in that it was all just a joke (as in the whole story being made up). Based on some of his other posts on the subject in the past (as in last month) it was the last thing I was expecting.

Bottom line is that the Sacrilegious Left has been pushing this agenda of sodomitic "marriage" through liberal politicians and jurists, and mostly through a pop culture that is decidedly anti-Christ that has managed to fabricate a facade of acceptance and tolerance, especially in the minds of the younger generations and those not anchored Biblically and spiritually. We're called to stand in firm opposition to the Sacrilegious Left.

I had a feeling it was gonna come to that, too. I was hoping that he was going to back out, though. But with the way he was wording things I had a feeling he wanted it to happen. Like he didn't want to get out of it. Whether it was out of loneliness or whatever.

Instead of talking about him I'll pray for him tonight. Whether he was just trolling and pulling our legs hard. Or whether this was all real. It really doesn't matter. He needs Jesus, simple as that.

At first I was like

And then I was still like that, because my face froze that way.

The strange thing is that he's been on the forums a while, participating. I just don't get why someone would do that.

Really sucks to try to help someone and their way of thanking you is to attack you.

I have a pride problem. When it comes to knowledge that is. I have a hard time believing certain things and accepting certain things. I hate being told I'm wrong and I dislike when people finally figure me out (my faults and weaknesses) and tell me what I don't want to hear, but I need to hear it at the same time.

With all the talk of race relations lately and after some interactions with my sister last night, my mind has been on the relationship between men and women in general and how there is such a need for redemption there. I was doing a bit of self-reflection and acknowledged that while every person struggles with pride, it seems to me that men have a certain type of innate pride that wants to come out in relation to women where they believe that they have to be more capable than a woman, whether that's in terms of physical strength, intellectual prowess, or skill in any subject or task that interests them. Some men have learned to humble themselves as far as this goes, but many have not. I have not arrived there myself, so it's another thing before me for which I need to seek redemption.
Also, I was just thinking about how if I or any other man said, "Wives should respect their husbands," there's an immediate need for a bunch of qualifications to that statement, and for some women a wall immediately goes up. I'm not saying that's a bad thing in the sense that there shouldn't be qualifications, but I think it reveals that there is a deep wound that has been created by men who have hurt and dominated women socially, physically, emotionally, psychologically, and/or spiritually. I have to imagine that when a woman has that experience or even has a friend or family member who has, how could there not be hesitation on her part to trust any man when she knows he has the same capability as those others who were abusive and domineering? Or on a bigger scale, with so much history in the world of women being told that they aren't of equal personhood to a man enough to be allowed to testify in a court of law, own property, get an education, cast a vote in an election, receive equal pay for the same job well done, etc., why wouldn't there be some calloused women out there who are sick and tired of this type of treatment and scream for equality no matter what it takes? And even more women who maybe aren't calloused but are still sick and tired of this?

One of the most valuable qualities of a person that will immediately contribute to the redemption of relationships between races and genders is the ability to look in the mirror and repent. Consider "How am I contributing to the problem?" "How can I take greater steps to combat it?" Every time a woman on CC makes some type of critique of men and I see a man fire back with a defensive rebuttal about her faults as an individual or the faults of women, I feel like the wound is knicked and starts to bleed a little again. Healing and redemption are delayed for a few moments longer.

Men, next time you want to get defensive about something a woman says, think about the generational sin you are carrying with you and your need for Christ instead of adding another layer to the scar that's trying to heal. Women have their own generational sins to combat, and there is a time and place to have loving conversations about an individual's sin, but you're going to further God's kingdom more by humbly admitting your faults rather than adding fuel to the fire of discord. Are you going to be a brother or an enemy? Are you going to be a sharp object striking against the wound or a gentle and protective salve of grace? Are you going to build trust through love or further animosity through accusation?

I long for the day when the wound closes for good.

Also, I'm getting a piano today so I'm pretty excited about that. lol
