Matthew 7:20 (ISV)
[SUP]20 [/SUP]So by their fruit you will know them."
Galatians 5:19-23 (ISV)
[SUP]19 [/SUP] Now the works of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, promiscuity,
[SUP]20 [/SUP] idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, rivalry, jealously, outbursts of anger, quarrels, conflicts, factions,
[SUP]21 [/SUP] envy, murder, drunkenness, wild partying, and things like that. I'm telling you now, as I've told you in the past, that people who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
[SUP]22 [/SUP] But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
[SUP]23 [/SUP] gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against such things.
Matthew 25:40 (ESV)
[SUP]40 [/SUP] And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’
Matthew 25:45 (ESV)
[SUP]45 [/SUP] Then he will answer them, saying, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to me.’
1 John 2:9-11 (ESV)
[SUP]9 [/SUP] Whoever says he is in the light and hates his brother is still in darkness.
[SUP]10 [/SUP] Whoever loves his brother abides in the light, and in him there is no cause for stumbling.
[SUP]11 [/SUP] But whoever hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes.
Romans 10:11-13 (NIV)
[SUP]11 [/SUP] As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame."
[SUP]12 [/SUP] For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile--the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him,
[SUP]13 [/SUP] for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
Proverbs 6:16-19 (HCSB)
[SUP]16 [/SUP] The LORD hates six things;
in fact, seven are detestable to Him:
[SUP]17 [/SUP] 1. arrogant eyes,
2. a lying tongue,
3. hands that shed innocent blood,
[SUP]18 [/SUP] 4. a heart that plots wicked schemes,
5. feet eager to run to evil,
[SUP]19 [/SUP] 6. a lying witness who gives false testimony,
7. and one who stirs up trouble among brothers.
Mark 9:42 (ISV)
[SUP]42 [/SUP] "If anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin,
it would be better for him if a large millstone were hung around his neck
and he were thrown into the sea.
Mark 9:38-40 (NKJV)
[SUP]38 [/SUP] Now John answered Him, saying, "Teacher, we saw someone who does not follow us casting out demons in Your name, and we forbade him because he does not follow us."
[SUP]39 [/SUP] But Jesus said, "Do not forbid him, for no one who works a miracle in My name can soon afterward speak evil of Me.
[SUP]40 [/SUP] "For he who is not against us is on our side.
Anti-Catholic attitudes or Anti-Jewish attitudes towards Jewish Believers in Messiah, certainly fall into the
catagory of "one who stirs up trouble among brothers."
