It really depends on how obvious the facial hair. I mean if it's really light and hard to see, I wouldn't mind. But if it's dark and it looks like she has a beard on the other hand, that would be a problem. Sadly, I don't know how it would be kissing a girl with the hair, or even a girl that doesn't have much hair there...

just so you know every girl I know has hair on her face, sometimes it is just more prominate than others. we are mammlas and mammals are covered in hair.you cant get away from it.
